Il 18% ha rinunciato a chiedere un aumento di stipendio negli ultimi dodici mesi perch\u00e9 non era ottimista sul risultato. Al contrario, solo l'8% degli intervistati tedeschi e francesi ha dichiarato che questo era un ostacolo alla richiesta di un aumento di stipendio.<\/p>\n<p>Rispetto alle persone in cerca di lavoro tedesche, gli intervistati in Svizzera avevano solo la met\u00e0 delle probabilit\u00e0 di menzionare un obiettivo salariale specifico (19% rispetto a 41%). Pi\u00f9 della met\u00e0 (58%) ha preferito parlare di un range salariale piuttosto che di una cifra esatta.<\/p>\n<p>Le fonti pi\u00f9 importanti di informazioni sulla retribuzione sono i siti web specializzati come Glassdoor (53%), seguiti dai rapporti delle societ\u00e0 di selezione del personale (44%) e dagli annunci di lavoro (39%). L'accesso alla formazione continua \u00e8 stato il vantaggio non finanziario pi\u00f9 richiesto. Il 35% delle persone in cerca di lavoro l'ha negoziato come parte del proprio stipendio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I datori di lavoro devono adottare un approccio proattivo ai colloqui sulle retribuzioni <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yannick Coulange, Managing Director di PageGroup Svizzera, afferma: \"\u00c8 fondamentale che i datori di lavoro prendano l'iniziativa nelle discussioni sulla retribuzione.
