(Immagine: Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Il fatto che il mercato del lavoro stia cambiando e che i datori di lavoro debbano proporre nuovi modelli di lavoro per soddisfare le crescenti esigenze della forza lavoro non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 una novit\u00e0. Ma da dove cominciare esattamente? La Bussola del mercato del lavoro di Marketagent intende fornire una risposta a questa domanda. Dall'inizio dell'anno, l'istituto digitale di ricerche di mercato e d'opinione ha sondato i dipendenti svizzeri sull'attuale stato d'animo del mercato del lavoro, non solo osservando da vicino i dipendenti nazionali, ma anche evidenziando le preferenze dell'intera regione D-A-CH. Un totale di 3.737 dipendenti della prima met\u00e0 del 2024 ha fornito indicazioni su quali siano le loro priorit\u00e0 nella vita professionale e quale ruolo svolgano effettivamente le tanto citate parole d'ordine \"equilibrio tra vita privata e lavoro\", \"ufficio a casa\" o \"settimana di 4 giorni\" nello scenario che desiderano.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La formula per il lavoro dei sogni<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un buon stipendio, un orario di lavoro flessibile lontano dal tempo pieno, un ampio ufficio a casa... Questo \u00e8 pi\u00f9 o meno quello che potrebbe sembrare il lavoro perfetto. I dati pi\u00f9 recenti suggeriscono che in realt\u00e0 le priorit\u00e0 dei dipendenti sono pi\u00f9 diverse di questi luoghi comuni. La retribuzione equa gioca un ruolo importante nel lavoro? S\u00ec - in Svizzera e Austria \u00e8 addirittura significativamente pi\u00f9 alta che in Germania (Svizzera: 67% vs. Austria: 65% vs. Germania: 59%). Una percentuale non trascurabile sarebbe anche soddisfatta di un modello di orario di lavoro flessibile, con gli svizzeri in particolare che si distinguono per 47% (rispetto a 42% in Germania e 39% in Austria). Ma: \"Una giornata lavorativa soddisfacente ha molte sfaccettature. Il dibattito pubblico sulla riduzione dell'orario di lavoro \u00e8 stato alimentato pi\u00f9 volte, e non senza una buona ragione. Dopo tutto, gli svizzeri vorrebbero lavorare in media 34,5 ore. L'\"addio alla settimana di 40 ore\" non viene per\u00f2 detto solo in Svizzera, ma anche nei due Paesi confinanti. Mentre gli austriaci preferirebbero un carico di lavoro di 33,5 ore, la media dei tedeschi \u00e8 di 31,7 ore, il livello pi\u00f9 basso nel confronto tra i tre Paesi. Se il loro lavoro lo consentisse, lavorerebbero circa 41% di queste ore da casa. Di fronte a una scelta diretta, la maggioranza degli intervistati svizzeri d\u00e0 chiaramente la priorit\u00e0 all'equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata (78%) rispetto alla carriera (22%). L'equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata non \u00e8 quindi solo una parola di moda, ma un aspetto fondamentale della cultura lavorativa moderna. \u00c8 quindi importante che i datori di lavoro consentano tale equilibrio senza mettere a repentaglio gli obiettivi aziendali.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>L'elevata soddisfazione non impedisce di cambiare lavoro<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Uno sguardo ai livelli di soddisfazione nel lavoro attuale permette ai datori di lavoro di tirare un sospiro di sollievo. Dopo tutto, il 78% dei dipendenti svizzeri dichiara di essere molto o abbastanza soddisfatto del proprio lavoro. In Austria e Germania, la cifra \u00e8 ancora leggermente pi\u00f9 alta, rispettivamente 83% e 79%. Tuttavia, il fatto che i datori di lavoro non possano dormire sugli allori e che la concorrenza per le persone pi\u00f9 talentuose rimanga alta \u00e8 dimostrato dall'elevata disponibilit\u00e0 dei dipendenti a cambiare lavoro. In Svizzera, ben 41% sentono il desiderio di cambiare carriera, anche se percepiscono le loro possibilit\u00e0 sul mercato del lavoro in modo molto meno positivo (45%) rispetto ai tedeschi (67%) e agli austriaci (64%). Tuttavia, uno dei motivi \u00e8 probabilmente il considerevole aumento di stipendio che si aspettano con un nuovo lavoro, stimato in 31% (rispetto a 28% in Austria e 25% in Germania).
