Nonostante questo sviluppo positivo, la situazione del mercato rimane tesa per molti rivenditori.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Crescente popolarit\u00e0 dei mercati virtuali<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Una tendenza chiave dell'attuale barometro del sentiment \u00e8 la crescente popolarit\u00e0 dei mercati virtuali. 78% degli intervistati hanno dichiarato di fare regolarmente acquisti su piattaforme come Amazon, Digitec Galaxus o Ricardo. Si tratta di un aumento significativo rispetto all'anno precedente, quando solo 56% utilizzavano queste piattaforme. In particolare, tra i giovani sotto i 34 anni, Digitec Galaxus e Zalando sono i mercati online pi\u00f9 popolari, con 41% ciascuno.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Lo shopping internazionale e Twint sono popolari<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Anche lo shopping internazionale, in particolare dalla Cina, \u00e8 in aumento. Quasi la met\u00e0 degli intervistati svizzeri (47%) ha gi\u00e0 effettuato acquisti nei negozi online cinesi, rispetto ai 37% dell'anno precedente.<\/p>\n<p>In termini di preferenze di pagamento, lo studio mostra che Twint \u00e8 il metodo di pagamento pi\u00f9 popolare tra coloro che hanno fino a 34 anni, con 81%, seguito dalla carta di credito (72%) e dalla fattura (70%).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Focus su logistica e sostenibilit\u00e0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La logistica e la sostenibilit\u00e0 continuano a essere le principali preoccupazioni dei consumatori. La possibilit\u00e0 di tracciare e controllare le spedizioni online e la notifica anticipata del ricevimento della spedizione sono le opzioni di consegna pi\u00f9 importanti per tutti i gruppi di et\u00e0. In termini di opzioni di spedizione sostenibili, pi\u00f9 della met\u00e0 degli intervistati vorrebbe vedere il raggruppamento di consegne parziali. Per 72% degli intervistati \u00e8 importante una spedizione ottimizzata per le dimensioni e per 68% l'uso di imballaggi realizzati con materiali riciclati.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gestione dei resi e comportamento dei consumatori<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lo studio mostra anche che 68% degli intervistati si informano spesso o sempre sulla politica di restituzione, e il motivo pi\u00f9 comune per la restituzione (88%) \u00e8 che l'articolo non soddisfa le aspettative.<\/p>\n<p>\"Il mercato online \u00e8 in movimento. Lo vediamo anche nell'indagine sui destinatari. Le principali piattaforme continuano a guadagnare rilevanza, con Amazon che fa eccezione. Anche l'influenza di Temu e Shein \u00e8 evidente. Ben 10% dichiarano di ordinare su Temu e la cifra sale a 15% tra i minori di 34 anni\", afferma Philippe Mettler, consulente per il commercio digitale della Posta Svizzera.<\/p>\n<p>Ralph Hutter, responsabile dello sviluppo del prodotto e della ricerca presso l'Istituto per il business digitale dell'HWZ, aggiunge: \"Il comportamento dei consumatori svizzeri \u00e8 paradossale. Quasi la met\u00e0 degli intervistati \u00e8 stata tentata dai prezzi bassi per fare acquisti sulle piattaforme cinesi, ma allo stesso tempo le opzioni di spedizione e imballaggio sostenibili e la gestione sensata dei resi sono aspetti importanti per la maggioranza.
