L'agenzia desidera offrire un contributo a tutti i professionisti e a coloro che vogliono diventarlo.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>L'Employer Branding sta diventando sempre pi\u00f9 importante<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Secondo lo studio, negli ultimi due anni l'employer branding ha ricevuto maggiore attenzione ed \u00e8 diventato pi\u00f9 importante nella maggior parte delle aziende analizzate. Ci\u00f2 si riflette anche nelle risorse assegnate a quest'area, sia in termini di personale che di finanze. Ben due terzi delle aziende hanno aumentato il numero di dipendenti nei loro team di employer branding. La met\u00e0 di esse ha aumentato contemporaneamente anche le risorse finanziarie.
