Lo studio riflette la realt\u00e0 in costante evoluzione del lavoro e i cambiamenti retributivi che ne derivano. L'ultima edizione dello studio salariale di swissICT rivela cosa significa in cifre concrete (salari) e condizioni di lavoro. Quest'anno Cornelia Ammon, responsabile dello studio, \u00e8 lieta che 261 partecipanti abbiano contribuito con 38.513 risposte. L'alto livello di partecipazione sottolinea ancora una volta che l'indagine salariale di swissICT \u00e8 la pi\u00f9 completa e approfondita del suo genere in Svizzera ed \u00e8 giustamente considerata come il lavoro standard per il settore ICT e serve come base per molti studi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sviluppo salariale: aumento del salario base in (quasi) tutte le professioni e i livelli di competenza<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Se si considerano gli stipendi per il 2023 e il 2024 - senza adeguamento all'inflazione alla data di riferimento (1\u00b0 maggio) - si nota un ulteriore aumento. Si tratta dell'1,7% per tutte le professioni e i livelli di competenza (che corrisponde a circa 2.200 franchi svizzeri). Sono degni di nota gli aumenti salariali degli esperti senior e dell'alta dirigenza. Al livello pi\u00f9 alto M4 (top management), si \u00e8 registrata una diminuzione dello stipendio base di -4,9% (che corrisponde a circa 12.200 franchi) rispetto all'anno precedente. Anche l'indagine sulla liquidit\u00e0 totale mostra un aumento generale della mediana di 2,3%. Questo indicatore corrisponde allo stipendio annuale di base dell'anno precedente pi\u00f9 il pagamento del bonus. I beneficiari nel 2024 sono l'alta dirigenza (livello M3, aumento di 5,2%) e il livello esperto (S4, aumento di 2,1%), seguiti dai senior S3 con 2,0%. Anche in quest'area si \u00e8 registrato un calo di -0,8% per il senior management (livello M4).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>L'attrattiva dei datori di lavoro: tre nuovi temi nella relazione sulle condizioni di occupazione<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\"Fino a un certo punto, lo stipendio \u00e8 una questione importante per i dipendenti. Dopo questa soglia, i fattori che rispondono alle esigenze dei dipendenti diventano pi\u00f9 centrali\", afferma Cornelia Ammon, spiegando l'espansione del Rapporto sulle condizioni di lavoro. Lanciato nel 2023, il rapporto ha ricevuto un feedback sempre positivo da parte degli utenti dello studio. Fornisce informazioni preziose su come aumentare la propria attrattiva come datore di lavoro. Oltre ai temi precedenti, l'edizione 2024 \u00e8 stata ampliata. Sono stati raccolti nuovi dati sul congedo di maternit\u00e0 e paternit\u00e0, sul congedo non retribuito e sull'orario di lavoro. Questi dati forniscono nuovi spunti di riflessione che possono ispirare le aziende nella discussione sul branding e sulla fidelizzazione dei dipendenti.<\/p>\n<p>Quasi la met\u00e0 degli intervistati (48,7%) concede un congedo di maternit\u00e0 o paternit\u00e0 superiore al minimo legale. Il 32,6% di essi offre questa possibilit\u00e0 a madri e padri. In media, la madre riceve 14 giorni e il padre 10 giorni di congedo parentale aggiuntivo. Il congedo non retribuito, invece, non \u00e8 regolamentato dalla legge. Con oltre 75% degli intervistati che offrono ai propri dipendenti un congedo non retribuito, l'importanza di questo tema \u00e8 evidente. La situazione \u00e8 un po' pi\u00f9 attenuata quando si parla di workation (svolgimento di attivit\u00e0 professionali in un luogo di vacanza).
