(Immagine: Pauline \/ pixelio.de)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ogni anno von Rundstedt, leader nel settore dell'outplacement in Germania, Austria e Svizzera, presenta le sue statistiche sull'outplacement. L'outplacement \u00e8 un servizio che un'azienda offre alle persone interessate in caso di licenziamento nel senso della responsabilit\u00e0 sociale. Il Barometro del ricollocamento, pubblicato annualmente, copre l'intera Svizzera e si basa sulle informazioni fornite da 1.370 dipendenti interessati da un licenziamento e da 201 aziende di vari settori che hanno dovuto effettuare licenziamenti in Svizzera nel 2017. L'edizione attuale mostra alcuni risultati che sorprendono in positivo, ma anche altri che fanno riflettere.<\/p>\n<h2>Outplacement di \u00dc50: \"I dipendenti pi\u00f9 anziani sono ancora un gruppo a rischio, ma non un gruppo problematico\".<\/h2>\n<p>Oggi in Svizzera i dipendenti di et\u00e0 superiore ai 5o anni sono trattati come il gruppo pi\u00f9 problematico, a volte con molto fumo e polemiche. Tuttavia, i dati di von Rundstedt dipingono un quadro diverso. Nel 2017, la quota di dipendenti over 50 tra i licenziati \u00e8 stata di 31%, che, come nell'anno precedente (2016: 27%), corrisponde approssimativamente al dato di riferimento di 30,5% per la quota di over 50 nella forza lavoro. In termini di durata della ricerca, gli autori dello studio continuano a notare una grande differenza tra \"profili difficili\" (11 Mte) e \"profili facili\" (4,5 Mte). Si tratta di persone con una bassa commerciabilit\u00e0. Tuttavia, questi non hanno principalmente pi\u00f9 di 50 anni. Osservando la durata della ricerca per fascia d'et\u00e0, si nota anche che la durata della ricerca degli over 50, pari a 7,9 mesi (2016: 8,3 Mte), non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 tanto superiore alla media di riferimento di 6,3 mesi per tutte le fasce d'et\u00e0. I dati mostrano anche un'ampia varianza nel gruppo degli ultracinquantenni, vale a dire che ci sono ultracinquantenni con una durata di ricerca breve e altri con una durata di ricerca lunga, in alcuni casi superiore a 12 mesi. Al contrario, la durata della ricerca del gruppo di et\u00e0 30-40 anni \u00e8 aumentata a 6,5 mesi (2016: 6,2 mesi) e quindi non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 cos\u00ec tanto inferiore a quella degli ultracinquantenni.<\/p>\n<p>Da questi risultati, lo studio deduce che le difficolt\u00e0 sul mercato del lavoro non dipendono principalmente dall'et\u00e0, ma piuttosto dalla capacit\u00e0 di mercato di una persona. L'attuale cambiamento strutturale in vari settori e aree funzionali riguarda quasi tutte le fasce d'et\u00e0, non solo gli ultracinquantenni. Gli ultracinquantenni sono ancora uno dei gruppi a rischio perch\u00e9 sono relativamente pi\u00f9 influenzati dalla vecchia struttura di mercato. Tuttavia, non sono un gruppo problematico. Lo dimostra il gran numero di ultracinquantenni che trovano un nuovo lavoro rapidamente e senza problemi. Esiste piuttosto una polarizzazione tra profili commerciabili e profili \"difficili\", indipendente dall'et\u00e0. L'et\u00e0 \u00e8 solo uno dei fattori che influenzano la commerciabilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h2>Zero Gap: \"I datori di lavoro difficilmente consentono la mobilit\u00e0 tra settori e funzioni\".<\/h2>\n<p>Lo studio dell'anno scorso aveva gi\u00e0 evidenziato che i datori di lavoro non consentono alcuna deviazione dal profilo richiesto durante il processo di ricerca e selezione. Cercano il profilo di corrispondenza 100% e per farlo sfruttano l'intero potenziale del mercato del lavoro globale. Questo crea un problema strutturale del mercato del lavoro, in cui vi \u00e8 una carenza di lavoratori qualificati e allo stesso tempo una disoccupazione qualificata. Una conseguenza di ci\u00f2 \u00e8 che, nonostante il potenziale dimostrabile, le persone interessate hanno difficolt\u00e0 a passare a un nuovo settore o a una nuova funzione se non hanno questa esperienza da mostrare. Dopo essere scesa a 16% nel 2016 (2015: 32%), la mobilit\u00e0 industriale ha registrato una certa ripresa nel 2017, raggiungendo 21%, ma rimane nettamente inferiore al dato del 2015. Anche la mobilit\u00e0 funzionale nel 2017 \u00e8 leggermente superiore al dato dell'anno precedente (2016: 21%), con 23%, ma rimane a un livello molto basso. I lievi aumenti del 2017 sono dovuti alle misure speciali adottate da von Rundstedt per sostenere le persone colpite nella loro mobilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Ci\u00f2 porta a concludere che lo zero gap rimane una tendenza forte e un fenomeno del mercato del lavoro svizzero che causa problemi a chi ne \u00e8 colpito. Nel 2017, 26% delle cessazioni erano dovute a una riduzione dell'organico (2016: 15%). Inoltre, 33% di funzioni di staff e di supporto alla gestione sono state interessate da cessazioni nel 2017, pi\u00f9 che nei due anni precedenti (2015: 24%; 2016: 31%). Questi due sviluppi possono essere spiegati dal fatto che nel 2017 molte sedi di aziende globali con sede in Svizzera hanno ridotto il loro personale. Ci\u00f2 riguarda sia le sedi delle societ\u00e0 svizzere sia le sedi EMEA delle societ\u00e0 straniere. Secondo lo studio, si pu\u00f2 osservare che, da un lato, le posizioni di personale altamente qualificato non legate a una sede specifica vengono sistematicamente trasferite all'estero. Dopo la Svizzera come sede di produzione, anche la Svizzera come sede centrale \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 sotto pressione. (Fonte: von Rundstedt)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Evoluzione salariale positiva nel settore altamente qualificato: \"Contrariamente a quanto riportato, in Svizzera non \u00e8 in atto alcuna correzione salariale\".<\/h2>\n<p>I datori di lavoro e le associazioni imprenditoriali si lamentano spesso del fatto che gli alti costi salariali della Svizzera stanno diventando un crescente svantaggio competitivo. A quanto pare, questa situazione viene corretta da una migrazione strisciante di posizioni di personale altamente qualificato all'estero. Al contrario, per\u00f2, non sembra avere un impatto reale sull'andamento dei salari in Svizzera. Nel 2017, ad esempio, il salario di rientro di un disoccupato dopo un licenziamento era in media inferiore di 6% rispetto al salario precedente (2016: 8%). Allo stesso tempo, come nell'anno precedente, i neoassunti assunti direttamente da un altro datore di lavoro hanno ottenuto un salario iniziale medio di 10% superiore a quello del datore di lavoro precedente. In totale, ci\u00f2 comporta un aumento dei salari di circa 2%.
