Lo conferma l'ultima indagine \"Wellbeing Diagnostic\" condotta dalla societ\u00e0 di consulenza globale WTW. Tuttavia, i risultati mostrano un chiaro divario tra l'attenzione dei programmi dei datori di lavoro e le reali esigenze dei dipendenti.<\/p>\n<p>Negli ultimi anni, sempre pi\u00f9 dipendenti sono stati colpiti da stress mentale e circa un quarto della forza lavoro \u00e8 in cattive condizioni fisiche. In questo contesto, i datori di lavoro svizzeri si concentrano sul benessere mentale (68%) e fisico (41%) dei propri dipendenti. Tuttavia, l'indagine conclude che la principale preoccupazione dei dipendenti \u00e8 sostenere il loro benessere finanziario (59%), un'area su cui i datori di lavoro si concentrano poco (17%).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sebbene i datori di lavoro svizzeri offrano prestazioni di base come l'assicurazione sulla vita e sull'invalidit\u00e0 o la previdenza professionale, spesso mancano offerte personalizzate per l'educazione finanziaria o il supporto nelle decisioni finanziarie. Questo \u00e8 particolarmente vero in aree come la spesa, il prestito e il risparmio, dove i dipendenti hanno sempre pi\u00f9 bisogno di una guida.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Il benessere fisico e mentale come componente centrale della strategia del capitale umano<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Quasi la met\u00e0 dei dipendenti (49%) dichiara di avere problemi moderati o gravi in almeno due aree del proprio benessere. Lo scarso benessere in una sola area pu\u00f2 portare a un aumento dell'assenteismo, del presenzialismo, del burnout o a una minore motivazione al lavoro. Lo studio mostra che quasi la met\u00e0 dei dipendenti (48%) soffre di livelli di stress superiori alla media, mentre 31% riferiscono sintomi di ansia o depressione.<\/p>\n<p>Reto Ebn\u00f6ther, responsabile di Health &amp; Benefits di WTW Svizzera, afferma: \"Negli ultimi anni, l'aumento dei problemi di salute mentale ha posto il benessere dei dipendenti al centro dell'attenzione dei datori di lavoro. Le aziende si sono concentrate intensamente sul benessere fisico e mentale e ne hanno fatto una componente centrale della loro strategia di capitale umano. Questi investimenti hanno aumentato la consapevolezza dei dipendenti su queste iniziative\".<\/p>\n<p>Aggiunge: \"Le organizzazioni particolarmente efficaci in termini di benessere spesso riportano risultati aziendali positivi, tra cui un miglioramento dei risultati finanziari e una riduzione del turnover del personale\". Tuttavia, esiste un divario tra le aree in cui i datori di lavoro investono e le esigenze espresse dai dipendenti\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Necessit\u00e0 di ottimizzazione da parte dei datori di lavoro<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La percezione da parte dei dipendenti dell'efficacia dei programmi del datore di lavoro per la promozione di stili di vita pi\u00f9 sani \u00e8 leggermente migliorata dopo la pandemia, passando da 25% nel 2022 a 32% attualmente. Tuttavia, sono evidenti differenze significative tra le percezioni dei datori di lavoro e dei dipendenti. Mentre 61% dei datori di lavoro ritengono che i loro programmi forniscano un contributo importante alla salute dei dipendenti, solo 40% dei dipendenti sono d'accordo. Ci\u00f2 solleva la questione di come le aziende possano ottimizzare il loro sostegno per soddisfare meglio le esigenze dei dipendenti.<\/p>\n<p>Ciononostante, molti datori di lavoro si stanno ponendo obiettivi ambiziosi: 48% prevedono di rendere il benessere dei dipendenti una parte centrale della loro strategia HR nei prossimi tre anni, rispetto agli attuali 23%. Inoltre, quasi la met\u00e0 dei datori di lavoro (49%) prevede di aumentare la comunicazione sui propri programmi e di collegare il benessere alla cultura aziendale (73%) per aumentare gli standard di salute e benessere.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le giuste priorit\u00e0 e il modo in cui vengono attuate le iniziative per il benessere sono cruciali.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Gaby Joyner, Head of Employee Experience Europe di WTW, afferma: \"Il successo delle iniziative di benessere non dipende solo dal contenuto dei programmi, ma anche dal modo in cui vengono attuati.
