(Immagine: Hays)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nonostante o forse proprio a causa del clamore suscitato dal digitale e dalle organizzazioni agili: La fidelizzazione dei dipendenti \u00e8 il tema pi\u00f9 importante per le risorse umane nel 2018. Al secondo posto nell'agenda delle risorse umane nelle aziende c'\u00e8 la flessibilizzazione delle strutture lavorative. Per la prima volta, la promozione dell'occupabilit\u00e0 dei dipendenti \u00e8 la terza voce pi\u00f9 importante tra le tematiche HR. Lo dimostrano i risultati dell'HR Report 2018, pubblicato da Hays e dall'Institute for Employment and Employability (IBE). Sono state intervistate oltre 1000 persone di aziende e organizzazioni.<\/p>\n<h2>Aumentare la fedelt\u00e0 dei dipendenti grazie a una maggiore flessibilit\u00e0<\/h2>\n<p>\"A causa della pressione causata dagli sviluppi demografici, dalla digitalizzazione e dalla carenza di lavoratori qualificati, la lotta per i dipendenti sta aumentando in modo significativo. Pertanto, la fidelizzazione dei dipendenti \u00e8 in cima all'agenda e ai dipendenti deve essere concessa una maggiore flessibilit\u00e0. A causa della crescente velocit\u00e0 del cambiamento, \u00e8 anche all'ordine del giorno mantenere i dipendenti occupabili\", spiega la Prof.ssa Dr. Jutta Rump, Direttrice dell'IBE. I dipendenti possono essere trattenuti soprattutto da una buona atmosfera di lavoro (57 %). Seguono gli orari di lavoro flessibili (46 %) e la retribuzione in linea con il mercato (44 %). Le aziende intervistate hanno fatto progressi nell'implementazione di questi temi. La differenza tra l'importanza e l'attuazione di questi strumenti \u00e8 diminuita in modo significativo.<\/p>\n<h2>I processi rigidi ostacolano lo sviluppo<\/h2>\n<p>Per la met\u00e0 degli intervistati (51 %), il tema dell'organizzazione agile ha gi\u00e0 un ruolo importante o molto importante. L'importanza di un'organizzazione agile aumenta in modo significativo con l'aumentare della posizione. Gli intervistati ritengono che i processi e le procedure troppo rigidi siano l'ostacolo maggiore (36 %). Per il 31%, il problema \u00e8 la mancanza di volont\u00e0 di cambiamento da parte dei dipendenti. \"In futuro sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 importante che mai creare processi integrati e in rete. Queste partono dal cliente e non dai manuali dei processi interni. Allo stesso tempo, devono offrire un elevato grado di flessibilit\u00e0 per poter reagire rapidamente alle nuove condizioni di mercato\", afferma Marc Lutz, Managing Director di Hays Svizzera.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"LEFT\">Le competenze professionali decidono le carriere manageriali<\/h2>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Lo studio chiedeva anche quali fossero le opportunit\u00e0 di carriera. Per le carriere di leadership, le competenze professionali (43 %) sono pi\u00f9 importanti delle competenze sociali (29 %). Per quanto riguarda la domanda su come si fa la carriera di leader, le opinioni degli intervistati sono diverse. La met\u00e0 degli intervistati vede un approccio sistematico (25 % ciascuno considerano cruciali le raccomandazioni e la pianificazione strategica della successione). D'altra parte, un quarto pensa che si tratti di reti interne e per il 21% il caso gioca un ruolo importante.<\/p>\n<p>Il Rapporto annuale sulle Risorse Umane analizza le questioni centrali delle risorse umane nelle organizzazioni. Si basa su un sondaggio online a cui hanno partecipato 1036 dipendenti di aziende e organizzazioni dei Paesi di lingua tedesca.
