Ha commissionato al suo partner contrattuale APG|SGA 2022 l'inserimento di pubblicit\u00e0 negli e sugli autobus di STI Bus AG. L'azienda di trasporti ha rifiutato alla fine di agosto 2023 e ha rimandato l'agenzia al suo contratto con APG.<\/p>\r\n<p>Hanno inoltre dichiarato di non ritenere necessario emettere una sentenza impugnabile, come richiesto dall'agenzia.<\/p>\r\n<p>L'avvocato dell'agenzia si \u00e8 poi rivolto all'Ufficio per i trasporti pubblici e il coordinamento dei trasporti del Cantone di Berna, che non ha voluto commentare la questione. Questo \u00e8 il risultato di una sentenza del Tribunale amministrativo federale pubblicata gioved\u00ec.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Non responsabile<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Il ricorso all'Ufficio federale dei trasporti (UFT) contro il diniego della giustizia non ha aiutato l'agenzia, poich\u00e9 l'ufficio non \u00e8 responsabile della gestione del caso e lo ha trasmesso al Tribunale amministrativo federale.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ci\u00f2 non \u00e8 avvenuto, poich\u00e9 il termine di 30 giorni per la presentazione del ricorso \u00e8 scaduto. Il tribunale scrive che la ricorrente, che era gi\u00e0 rappresentata da un avvocato nell'agosto 2023, avrebbe dovuto presentare il ricorso dopo la lettera di STI Bus.
