Sono state identificate e analizzate quasi 70.000 dichiarazioni rilevanti per la reputazione in un periodo di dodici mesi. Per calcolare la forza della reputazione nelle singole aree, sono stati presi in considerazione il numero di articoli, la tonalit\u00e0, la portata e l'importanza delle fonti mediatiche.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Sei dimensioni formano la buona reputazione<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Il modello di reputazione su cui si basa lo studio distingue sei diversi fattori - noti come dimensioni della reputazione - che determinano la reputazione di un'azienda: Prodotti e servizi, innovazione, performance economica, gestione e leadership, ambiente di lavoro, ESG e sostenibilit\u00e0. Lo studio ha determinato la performance delle aziende industriali in queste aree nei media.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Un benchmarking sensato attraverso la categorizzazione<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>La presenza sui media delle aziende analizzate varia notevolmente. Per questo motivo, sono stati formati quattro gruppi di aziende, ognuno dei quali copre uno specifico spettro di presenza:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Leader di presenza - aziende onnipresenti con grande visibilit\u00e0<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Pacesetters - regolarmente nei media, spesso leader nel loro settore<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Pionieri - presenti in modo affidabile, danno l'impronta alla situazione<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Campioni nascosti - piccole presenze, che puntano al vertice<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Ciascuno di questi gruppi comprende 17 o 18 aziende. Questa segmentazione consente alle aziende dei singoli gruppi di confrontarsi con aziende con una presenza mediatica simile. In questo modo \u00e8 possibile effettuare un benchmarking, sia a livello complessivo che a livello di dimensione reputazionale, per classificare i risultati ottenuti in modo significativo e adottare misure mirate.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>La reputazione dei media \u00e8 molto importante per le aziende industriali<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>\"La maggior parte delle aziende industriali sono organizzazioni business-to-business con cui il pubblico in generale ha pochi contatti\", afferma Katrin Frei, direttore generale di Pressrelations Svizzera. \"I media sono spesso l'unica fonte di informazione che il pubblico utilizza per conoscere le attivit\u00e0, i successi e le sfide delle aziende. Ci\u00f2 che i media online e cartacei riportano ha quindi un'influenza decisiva sulla reputazione delle aziende presso la popolazione svizzera\".<\/p>\r\n<p>Per Lukas Zihlmann, amministratore delegato di Swissreputation.group, la visibilit\u00e0 \u00e8 essenziale per rimanere davanti alla concorrenza: \"Non si tratta solo di condizioni di lavoro e opportunit\u00e0 di carriera.
