L'operazione viene effettuata online tramite il Centro clienti. Il \"motore\" del complesso processo di registrazione e prenotazione \u00e8 la piattaforma di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.servicenow.com\/de\/\">ServiceNow<\/a>. Oppure la gestione dei processi di ordinazione IT in un grande gruppo industriale: grazie alle soluzioni ServiceNow, l'intero processo pu\u00f2 essere gestito digitalmente.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Xanadu: in viaggio con gli agenti AI<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'azienda sta ora compiendo il grande passo, come ha spiegato Dino Minichiello, Country Manager di ServiceNow per la Svizzera da gennaio 2024, in occasione di un recente evento mediatico. Sebbene la digitalizzazione stia progredendo costantemente, non \u00e8 ancora universale ovunque, soprattutto nell'industria, ha affermato Minichiello. C'\u00e8 quindi ancora un certo potenziale di crescita per ServiceNow. Anche l'IA generativa sta aprendo nuove opportunit\u00e0. L'IA \u00e8 ora utilizzata in molte aziende, ma spesso \u00e8 isolata a singoli campi di applicazione. \u00c8 da qui che ServiceNow vuole partire con la release Xanadu, ovvero dall'integrazione dei cosiddetti agenti AI. Questi consentono una produttivit\u00e0 24 ore su 24 su larga scala per numerosi casi d'uso, tra cui l'IT, il servizio clienti, gli acquisti, le risorse umane, lo sviluppo di software e altro ancora. Gli agenti AI di ServiceNow utilizzano analisi avanzate integrate nella piattaforma Now. Si evolvono da semplici compiti basati su comandi a elaborazioni pi\u00f9 profonde e basate sul contesto, mantenendo il coinvolgimento dell'uomo per garantire un controllo e una trasparenza ottimali, secondo quanto dichiarato. Le prime applicazioni di agenti AI per la gestione del servizio clienti (CSM) e del servizio IT (ITSM) saranno disponibili a partire da novembre. Queste dovrebbero ridurre in modo significativo il tempo di elaborazione dei problemi e, allo stesso tempo, aumentare la produttivit\u00e0 degli addetti all'assistenza.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Applicazioni nuove e ampliate per il settore retail<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Con la versione Xanadu, ServiceNow sta espandendo in modo massiccio la sua offerta GenAI, ad esempio nella sicurezza e nella gestione delle minacce, dove la rapidit\u00e0 delle risposte pu\u00f2 essere cruciale per la sicurezza degli ambienti IT. Now Assist per le operazioni di sicurezza (SecOps) utilizza riepiloghi degli incidenti e domande interattive supportate dall'intelligenza artificiale per accelerare e semplificare i flussi di lavoro e quindi combattere pi\u00f9 rapidamente le minacce alla sicurezza. Now Assist for Sourcing and Procurement Operations \u00e8 un altro strumento che garantisce un processo di accettazione degli ordini fluido e semplificato. In particolare, vale la pena di menzionarlo: I dipendenti possono utilizzare Now Assist per avviare una richiesta di acquisto o accedere a informazioni tramite un dialogo in linguaggio naturale, senza dover navigare in sistemi complessi.<\/p>\n<p>I miglioramenti apportati consentono di rivolgersi a nuovi gruppi target all'interno delle organizzazioni. Ad esempio, Retail Operations e Retail Service Management sono nuove soluzioni disponibili nella versione Xanadu che uniscono l'intero ecosistema di un rivenditore.  Retail Operations utilizza l'intelligenza artificiale e il self-service dei dipendenti per automatizzare e semplificare i processi quotidiani dei dipendenti del negozio. La perfetta integrazione tra i diversi reparti consente ai tecnici dell'assistenza sul campo di elaborare pi\u00f9 rapidamente le richieste di supporto, mentre le analisi dei dati aiutano i manager a prendere decisioni intelligenti e basate sui dati.  Retail Service Management offre ai retailer le funzionalit\u00e0 di gestione del servizio clienti di ServiceNow, consentendo ai clienti di presentare richieste in negozio e online per un'esperienza cliente olistica, mentre i team della sede centrale risolvono le richieste di assistenza sia dei clienti che dei colleghi del negozio attraverso un unico sistema.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Partnership con Microsoft<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Con queste soluzioni, ServiceNow non si concentra solo sulle grandi aziende, ma sempre pi\u00f9 sulle PMI. La nuova partnership con Microsoft pu\u00f2 svolgere un ruolo importante in questo senso, soprattutto perch\u00e9 i suoi prodotti sono gi\u00e0 in uso nella maggior parte delle aziende. Microsoft Co-Pilot, ad esempio, \u00e8 ora integrato nella Now Assist Platform. Ci\u00f2 consente a Co-Pilot di inoltrare le richieste automatiche di self-service dei dipendenti (ad esempio, l'ordine di un nuovo computer portatile) a Now Assist in Microsoft Teams. Now Assist risponde alle richieste da Teams in tempo reale e avvia automaticamente i flussi di lavoro necessari.<\/p>\n<p>In linea di principio, le soluzioni di ServiceNow si rivolgono anche a tutti gli utenti che sono sottoposti a forti pressioni normative, come i fornitori di servizi energetici, le aziende di trasporto pubblico e i fornitori di servizi finanziari. Con il gi\u00e0 citato Now Assist per il Sourcing e il Procurement, \u00e8 possibile tenere meglio in considerazione i rischi della catena di fornitura, con conseguente maggiore conformit\u00e0 alle normative. In generale, ServiceNow vede le sue nuove soluzioni come strumenti per le aziende per risparmiare sui costi grazie alla digitalizzazione dei processi.
