Quasi altrettanti professionisti delle pubbliche relazioni ritengono che la copertura degli errori sia il principale acceleratore di crisi (32%). La cattiva condotta personale a livello di top management \u00e8 stata la terza causa pi\u00f9 citata (28%).<\/p>\r\n<p>Le tempeste di merda sui social media sono l'innesco di crisi pi\u00f9 pericoloso per un intervistato su quattro (25 percento), mentre i reati penali contro l'azienda, come un attacco informatico, aumentano significativamente il potenziale di crisi per ben un intervistato su cinque (23 percento).<\/p>\r\n<p>Circa uno su dieci vede un aumento del rischio di crisi se l'azienda viene indagata dalla procura (13%), se i prodotti sono difettosi (12%), se i dipendenti dell'azienda si comportano in modo scorretto (12%) o se viene violata la protezione dei dati (10%).<\/p>\r\n<p>Per contro, la maggior parte degli intervistati ha classificato gli eventi naturali come meno pericolosi: Solo un esiguo 6% teme che i terremoti o le tempeste siano i fattori scatenanti pi\u00f9 pericolosi delle crisi di comunicazione.
