(Immagine: Mario Heinemann \/ pixelio.de)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Tutti sono d'accordo su questioni come il cibo, l'esercizio e l'igiene: se vuoi diventare pi\u00f9 sano, pi\u00f9 magro, pi\u00f9 in forma o altro, devi fare qualcosa ogni giorno. Non basta mangiare sano una volta alla settimana e per il resto mangiare cibo spazzatura. O lavarsi i denti solo una volta al mese e confidare nei poteri della natura. O correre cinque chilometri una volta al mese e credere di poter continuare nella prossima maratona.<\/p>\n<p>Ecco la parte eccitante: Quando si tratta di fitness mentale e di una mentalit\u00e0 forte (cio\u00e8 ci\u00f2 di cui abbiamo bisogno come base in ogni squadra per raggiungere un successo sostenibile), la maggior parte delle persone pensa che un workshop annuale sia sufficiente. Ecco la spiacevole verit\u00e0 per molti: per una mentalit\u00e0 forte e una forma mentis forte - e quindi per il tuo successo - devi fare qualcosa ogni giorno(!). Come team leader o CEO, il tuo compito \u00e8 quello di lavorare su questo con la tua squadra su base continuativa.<\/p>\n<p>Ecco tre argomenti esemplari (tra una moltitudine di altri) che dovresti praticare quotidianamente:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Obiettivo<\/strong>. Stabilisci degli obiettivi giornalieri (per iscritto!) e lavora coerentemente per raggiungerli: Quale obiettivo principale devi assolutamente raggiungere oggi, non importa come? Quali sono i tuoi obiettivi numero 2 e 3? Scrivile come prima azione del mattino. Questo richiede forse 3 minuti, e ti tiene in pista per tutto il giorno. Ancora pi\u00f9 importante, allena la tua mentalit\u00e0 in quanto <em>Obiettivi<\/em> sono quelli che determinano il vostro successo, ma non i compiti (molti confondono questo).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Impegni<\/strong>. S\u00ec, l'integrit\u00e0 (si fa ci\u00f2 che si promette) pu\u00f2 e deve essere allenata. Perch\u00e9 il nostro istinto \u00e8 sempre per il vantaggio a breve termine e non si preoccupa delle nostre promesse. Quindi: lavorate per mantenere OGNI impegno, specialmente quelli che prendete con voi stessi. La maggior parte della gente \u00e8 estremamente disattenta ai propri impegni.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Crescita personale.<\/strong> Impregnati di conoscenze, idee e ispirazione dai migliori esperti ogni giorno. Usa tutti i canali come libri, articoli, corsi audio, video corsi, gruppi mastermind, conferenze e molto altro. Ve lo dico per esperienza personale: la crescita personale quotidiana \u00e8 un'abitudine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Quindi vai avanti: crea il tuo piano di allenamento per la tua forma mentale e allenati quotidianamente.
