Il loro comportamento ha di solito un impatto diretto sul successo di una squadra. Per questo motivo la maggior parte dei dirigenti si vede nel ruolo di stabilire il ritmo della cooperazione: il 58% dei supervisori intervistati in Germania afferma di dare ai propri dipendenti una direzione chiara, in modo che non sorgano incertezze.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Simboli di successo con una chiara visione del futuro <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Secondo i risultati dello studio, la maggior parte dei manager \u00e8 sicura del proprio ruolo. Sette intervistati su dieci ritengono che i loro dipendenti li vedano come un simbolo di successo e di realizzazione. Altrettanti manager credono di avere una visione del futuro che sprona i dipendenti. Tuttavia, questa visione non sembra sempre avere a che fare con il tema futuro dominante della \"digitalizzazione\": essere coinvolti nello sviluppo e nell'implementazione di una strategia di digitalizzazione vale solo per poco meno della met\u00e0 dei manager.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>I capi non vogliono monitorare<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I manager tendono ad essere riluttanti a comunicare benefici e messaggi positivi. Il 43% informa i propri dipendenti su ci\u00f2 che riceveranno se soddisfano i requisiti del datore di lavoro. Tuttavia, la fiducia dei manager nei loro team sembra essere comunque elevata. Lo dimostrano due risultati dello studio di StepStone e Kienbaum. Da un lato, la maggioranza dei capi presume che i propri dipendenti siano in grado di organizzarsi autonomamente (64%).
