A tal fine, in maggio ha presentato un\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.parlament.ch\/de\/ratsbetrieb\/suche-curia-vista\/geschaeft?AffairId=20200433\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iniziativa parlamentare<\/a>\u00a0e ha ora nominato una sottocommissione. La sottocommissione deve \"esaminare in profondit\u00e0 le varie preoccupazioni dell'iniziativa e, con il coinvolgimento dei settori interessati, preparare un progetto preliminare all'attenzione della commissione plenaria\", secondo un comunicato.\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.parlament.ch\/press-releases\/Pages\/mm-urek-n-2020-08-11.aspx?lang=1031\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Comunicazione<\/a>\u00a0della Commissione Ambientale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">L'iniziativa della Commissione Ambientale prevede, tra l'altro, che i rifiuti debbano essere riciclati nella misura in cui ci\u00f2 sia tecnicamente fattibile ed economicamente sostenibile. Questo vale in particolare per i metalli, i materiali da costruzione e il fosforo. Il governo federale dovrebbe anche essere in grado di obbligare i produttori e i commercianti a utilizzare imballaggi fatti di materiali riciclabili. Inoltre, dovrebbe gestire una piattaforma per promuovere l'economia circolare svizzera.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">La Commissione dell'ambiente del Consiglio degli Stati sostiene l'iniziativa del Comitato del Consiglio nazionale.
