Si tratta di una lieve diminuzione rispetto a tre anni fa (24%). Sebbene i datori di lavoro attribuiscano grande importanza alla parit\u00e0, quattro aziende su dieci non hanno in programma di risolvere i problemi esistenti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Trasparenza salariale e mancanza di conoscenza dei requisiti legali<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La trasparenza retributiva \u00e8 la seconda sfida per il 35% dei datori di lavoro. Tuttavia, il 41% delle aziende non ha ancora adottato misure concrete per promuovere la trasparenza. Un terzo (32%) prevede di creare maggiore trasparenza in futuro, mentre il 28% ci sta gi\u00e0 lavorando attivamente. Tuttavia, quasi un terzo dei datori di lavoro (29%) dichiara di non essere pienamente a conoscenza dei requisiti legali, come la Direttiva europea sulla trasparenza delle retribuzioni.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Aumento del costo del lavoro e degli oneri finanziari <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un altro terzo dei datori di lavoro considera il benessere finanziario dei dipendenti una sfida importante, in quanto lo stress finanziario \u00e8 in aumento tra i dipendenti. Tra le misure pi\u00f9 comuni adottate vi sono gli aumenti salariali fissi (44%), gli adeguamenti salariali variabili (40%) e i benefit aggiuntivi come l'assicurazione sanitaria o i piani pensionistici aziendali (35%). Pi\u00f9 della met\u00e0 delle aziende (53%) ha registrato un aumento dei costi salariali nell'ultimo anno.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mancanza di comunicazione della politica retributiva<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Anche la comunicazione della politica retributiva rimane un punto debole: il 29% delle aziende dichiara di non comunicare informazioni chiare sulla propria politica retributiva, il che significa che quasi il 60% dei dipendenti non si sente sufficientemente informato.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quattro fattori di successo per una politica retributiva sostenibile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\"La nostra ricerca mostra che la met\u00e0 delle aziende europee sta gi\u00e0 valutando una politica retributiva strategica, con il Regno Unito (60%), la Romania e la Polonia (entrambi 58%) in testa\", afferma Bruce Fecheyr-Lippens, Chief People Director di SD Worx. \"Nel mercato competitivo di oggi, \u00e8 fondamentale allineare i compensi alle esigenze dei dipendenti. Questo non solo aiuta ad attrarre i talenti, ma anche a trattenerli. Sei dipendenti su dieci considerano la retribuzione il criterio pi\u00f9 importante per decidere se scegliere o meno un'azienda. Occorre quindi fare attenzione a trovare un equilibrio tra retribuzione e costo del lavoro. Un mix di benefici finanziari e non finanziari aumenta la soddisfazione e il benessere dei dipendenti\".<\/p>\n<p>\"Secondo la direttiva europea sulla trasparenza retributiva, le aziende con pi\u00f9 di 250 dipendenti devono redigere relazioni annuali sul divario retributivo di genere nella loro organizzazione\", aggiunge Fecheyr-Lippens. \"Le aziende pi\u00f9 piccole, con pi\u00f9 di 150 dipendenti, devono farlo ogni tre anni. Ma solo un quarto delle aziende europee offre attualmente una 'panoramica della retribuzione totale'. Raccomandiamo una comunicazione aperta sulla politica retributiva.
