(Immagine: www.depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Lo studio di Robert Walters mostra che i professionisti della Generazione Z in Svizzera scelgono un percorso individuale per avanzare di carriera che si concentra sulla crescita personale e sull'acquisizione di competenze piuttosto che sull'assunzione di un ruolo di leadership.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Christian Atkinson, Country Director di Robert Walters Svizzera, spiega: \"I Gen Z sono noti per la loro mentalit\u00e0 imprenditoriale. Preferiscono portare tutto se stessi nei progetti e concentrarsi sulla costruzione del proprio marchio e del proprio approccio piuttosto che sulla gestione degli altri.\"\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Differenze generazionali nell'apprezzamento del middle management\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c8 interessante notare che il 75 % dei professionisti ritiene che le generazioni pi\u00f9 anziane diano molto pi\u00f9 valore ai ruoli di middle management rispetto alle loro controparti pi\u00f9 giovani. Christian osserva: \"I professionisti pi\u00f9 anziani hanno in genere trascorso anni a scalare la tradizionale scala aziendale, il che conferisce loro un maggiore rispetto per il middle management. D'altro canto, i professionisti pi\u00f9 giovani, che spesso sono entrati nella forza lavoro in un'epoca di lavoro remoto o ibrido con un'attenzione particolare alle competenze digitali, sono meno inclini a sviluppare una forte fedelt\u00e0 all'azienda\".\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Immagine negativa del middle management\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Alla domanda sul perch\u00e9 eviterebbero i ruoli di middle management, il 78 % dei professionisti Gen Z in Svizzera ha citato l'elevato stress e la scarsa gratificazione. Altri fattori sono stati la limitata autorit\u00e0 decisionale e le minori opportunit\u00e0 di sviluppo personale. Christian aggiunge: \"I nuovi middle manager devono affrontare una curva di apprendimento ripida, devono gestire un carico di lavoro pi\u00f9 elevato, essere sempre disponibili per il proprio team e allo stesso tempo raggiungere i propri obiettivi. Questo spiega perch\u00e9 molti rifuggono da queste posizioni perch\u00e9 comportano troppe responsabilit\u00e0\".\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Il futuro: una cultura senza capi\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nonostante queste tendenze, il middle management \u00e8 ancora indispensabile per molti: il 63 % dei datori di lavoro dichiara che i middle manager svolgono un ruolo cruciale nella loro organizzazione. Christian conclude: \"\u00c8 chiaro che il middle management \u00e8 una pietra miliare di qualsiasi organizzazione. Per occupare queste posizioni, i datori di lavoro devono ripensare le loro strategie per renderle pi\u00f9 attraenti. Ci\u00f2 potrebbe includere l'offerta di maggiore autonomia, valutazioni regolari del carico di lavoro e chiare opportunit\u00e0 di sviluppo delle competenze.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L'introduzione di una 'cultura senza capo' potrebbe significare che questi ruoli non sono pi\u00f9 visti come un livello di gestione non necessario, ma come facilitatori che incoraggiano i loro team ad essere proattivi.
