(Immagini: zVg)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\"Muoversi invece di stare seduti\" \u00e8 il motto della Giornata dell'esperienza imprenditoriale femminile (FB Erlebnistag), che nel 2018 si svolger\u00e0 all'insegna del motto \"Autodeterminarsi nella vita - fiduciosi e autentici per il successo personale\". \u00c8 noto che le strategie collaudate nello sport contribuiscono positivamente anche allo sviluppo professionale. Ilka Piechowiak, relatrice e conduttrice del workshop del FB Experience Day di quest'anno, ne \u00e8 un esempio eloquente. Prima di affermarsi come esperta di leadership e autogestione, \u00e8 stata per 11 anni giocatrice di pallamano a livello nazionale. Nel suo discorso programmatico e nel workshop pratico, spiegher\u00e0 come rimanere sicuri e professionali nel proprio ruolo professionale e come raggiungere una naturale autorit\u00e0 e assertivit\u00e0 come donna d'affari.<\/p>\n<p>L'esercizio fisico \u00e8 affidato all'executive health coach, mental trainer e due volte vice-campione europeo di karate Stefan Labas. Con unit\u00e0 di movimento coordinate come \"Powerswitch\" e \"Mindful Walking\", d\u00e0 ai partecipanti un accesso ancora migliore all'attenzione, alla concentrazione e al lasciarsi andare. In questa giornata varia, corpo e mente si mettono in movimento. Allo stesso tempo, c'\u00e8 abbastanza tempo per lo scambio, la conversazione e il networking tra le donne d'affari.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fiduciosi e autentici nel successo personale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A che punto sono le donne nella loro carriera professionale? Hanno raggiunto gli obiettivi e le funzioni desiderate in azienda? Perch\u00e9 \"perdiamo\" ancora cos\u00ec tante donne durante l'ascesa? I seminari sull'imprenditoria femminile sono nati nel 2014 dall'intenso esame di queste e altre questioni. Nel frattempo, \u00e8 diventata un'affermata piattaforma di formazione e networking che si distingue per il suo impegno a favore di una maggiore femminilit\u00e0 negli affari. Nel frattempo, l'offerta conta circa 450 partecipanti all'anno; 300 alumni registrati e una rete di 2.000 donne sono cresciuti da essa.<\/p>\n<p>Il programma, che \u00e8 stato concepito per l'ulteriore sviluppo di donne professionalmente impegnate in posizioni specialistiche e manageriali, si concentra deliberatamente su argomenti complementari alle qualifiche professionali. L'obiettivo \u00e8 quello di rafforzare le donne nei settori in cui i \"soffitti di vetro\", la mancanza di una cultura di genere equa e le sfide particolari di un'epoca di cambiamenti continuano a ostacolare l'avanzamento personale. Il programma comprende quindi temi come la resilienza, il dialogo di genere, le tattiche di negoziazione equa, l'autoefficacia e molto altro ancora.<\/p>\n<p>\"Credo nella competenza e nella forza delle donne. In quanto la loro co-creazione del mondo del lavoro porta a decisioni buone e pi\u00f9 equilibrate. Ecco perch\u00e9, con la FBS, ci impegniamo a favore di una cultura aziendale e di un'economia che sia equa dal punto di vista del genere\", afferma la dott.ssa Karin Jeker Weber, riassumendo le motivazioni del suo straordinario impegno.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Spirito di cooperazione grazie a partner impegnati, adesioni collettive e aziendali<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dopo i primi anni di \"prova\", dal 2018 si sono aggiunti altri rinomati partner commerciali come Beyer Chronometrie AG e Bank Linth AG. Questo permette di offrire seminari con relatori eccellenti a prezzi sostenibili, con gruppi volutamente ridotti, da 8 a 15 partecipanti per seminario. Inoltre, esistono partnership, in parte sotto forma di affiliazioni collettive, tra la FBS e varie associazioni femminili, professionali e di categoria. In questo modo, offrono ai loro membri l'accesso a eventi di formazione continua ben fondati. I membri delle associazioni o organizzazioni cooperanti ricevono condizioni preferenziali sull'intera gamma di seminari.<\/p>\n<p>Per la prima volta quest'anno, inoltre, le aziende potranno beneficiare di condizioni preferenziali per le loro dipendenti donne attraverso l'iscrizione aziendale per la partecipazione al programma di formazione continua di FBS.
