Mentre alcune sono alla disperata ricerca di nuovi dipendenti, altre sono impegnate a ridimensionarsi. Mentre alcune operano secondo il principio del \"business as usual\", altre stanno attraversando un processo di trasformazione e cercano di aprire nuove aree di business con l'aiuto dell'IA.<\/p>\n<p>Le sfide che i manager delle aziende devono affrontare nel loro lavoro quotidiano sono altrettanto diverse. Per questo motivo, l'Istituto per la cultura della leadership nell'era digitale (IFIDZ) di Wiesbaden, in Germania, ha organizzato il suo attuale sondaggio online tra i manager, che conduce pi\u00f9 volte all'anno, sotto il titolo \"Le maggiori sfide che i manager devono affrontare attualmente\". In concreto, ci\u00f2 significa che l'indagine, nota come Barometro delle tendenze della leadership, mira a scoprire quali domande si pongono attualmente i manager.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pi\u00f9 bruciante sotto le unghie e<\/li>\n<li>quali sono gli argomenti che causano loro pi\u00f9 grattacapi nel lavoro di gestione quotidiano.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nell'indagine su SurveyMonkey, vengono presentate loro un totale di dodici affermazioni. Per ogni affermazione, viene chiesto loro di selezionare se \u00e8 di grande rilevanza per loro: s\u00ec o no. Oltre ad affermazioni di carattere esistenziale come \"Quanto \u00e8 sicura (la crisi) la mia posizione di manager?\", ci sono anche affermazioni che riguardano la trasformazione dell'economia, come \"Come integro l'IA e le tecnologie digitali nei nostri processi di lavoro in modo significativo?\". Altre affrontano direttamente il tema della leadership dei dipendenti e dei team. Ad esempio, le due domande<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\"Come posso motivare il mio team e creare un senso di unit\u00e0 nonostante la distanza fisica?\" e<\/li>\n<li>\"Come posso trasmettere sicurezza e orientamento anche se io stesso mi trovo di fronte all'incertezza?\".<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L'indagine \u00e8 progettata in modo tale che la partecipazione richieda al massimo cinque minuti, anche se i partecipanti riflettono sulle singole domande.
