(www.depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<h3><strong>Il lavoro a distanza \u00e8 vivo e vegeto, e pi\u00f9 richiesto che mai<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Mentre nel 2023 un quarto delle aziende tedesche non consentiva ancora il lavoro a distanza, la situazione \u00e8 notevolmente migliorata. La percentuale di datori di lavoro che vietano qualsiasi forma di lavoro a distanza \u00e8 scesa ad appena il 3,3%. Allo stesso tempo, oltre il 50% offre ad almeno una parte dei propri dipendenti la possibilit\u00e0 di lavorare da casa o in mobilit\u00e0.<\/p>\r\n<p>Particolarmente degne di nota sono le aziende che hanno reso il lavoro a distanza un'offerta universale per tutti i dipendenti: il 33,4% offre a tutta la propria forza lavoro la possibilit\u00e0 di lavorare in modo flessibile.<\/p>\r\n<p>Tuttavia, il desiderio di flessibilit\u00e0 non \u00e8 affatto limitato al luogo di lavoro: il 31,2% dei dipendenti intervistati ha dichiarato che la flessibilit\u00e0 dell'orario di lavoro \u00e8 per loro ancora pi\u00f9 importante della possibilit\u00e0 di lavorare da casa.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>La famiglia come motore del lavoro a distanza<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Le famiglie, in particolare, apprezzano l'opportunit\u00e0 di lavorare a distanza. Sebbene il 45% di tutti gli intervistati dichiari di aver gi\u00e0 usufruito di tali disposizioni, i genitori con figli ne traggono un beneficio particolarmente importante. Il 37% degli intervistati con due figli considera l'orario di lavoro flessibile uno dei motivi principali per cui sceglie un datore di lavoro. Il 21% degli intervistati con almeno un figlio si sente pi\u00f9 motivato dall'opportunit\u00e0 di lavorare a distanza: un chiaro vantaggio per le aziende che vogliono trattenere i lavoratori qualificati a lungo termine.<\/p>\r\n<p>I dati mostrano anche che le donne sono pi\u00f9 propense degli uomini a dare priorit\u00e0 all'opzione del lavoro a distanza quando scelgono un lavoro (22% rispetto al 17%). Si registra anche una chiara tendenza tra le persone sposate (14%) e gli intervistati con due figli (17%) a cambiare datore di lavoro se non vengono offerte opzioni di lavoro flessibile.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Il lavoro a distanza come necessit\u00e0 strategica per le aziende<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>La carenza di manodopera qualificata pone enormi sfide ai datori di lavoro. Il 41% ritiene che il reclutamento di nuovi dipendenti sia uno dei problemi pi\u00f9 gravi, mentre il 43% ritiene che il mantenimento dei talenti esistenti sia un compito critico.<\/p>\r\n<p>\"Chiunque abolisca l'opzione del lavoro da remoto sta deliberatamente rinunciando a una parte significativa del pool di talenti disponibili\", afferma Patrick Barazzoni, Managing Director Germany di SD Worx. \"La flessibilit\u00e0 non \u00e8 un lusso o un bonus, ma una necessit\u00e0 strategica. Le aziende devono capire che i dipendenti non chiedono di lavorare da remoto per comodit\u00e0, ma perch\u00e9 \u00e8 pi\u00f9 facile conciliare famiglia e carriera\". Alla luce della carenza di manodopera qualificata, le aziende non possono pi\u00f9 permettersi di adottare un atteggiamento ostinato\".<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>La flessibilit\u00e0 come vantaggio competitivo<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Il lavoro a distanza e gli orari flessibili non sono solo un segno dei tempi, ma anche una chiave per la futura redditivit\u00e0 delle aziende. Consentono ai dipendenti di lavorare in modo produttivo senza dover sacrificare un buon equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata.
