I datori di lavoro citano spesso problemi come la gestione delle dinamiche e della cultura di gruppo (44 %), le difficolt\u00e0 di comunicazione e collaborazione (41 %) e il monitoraggio delle prestazioni e della produttivit\u00e0 dei dipendenti (37 %).
