Green Globe offre servizi di certificazione, formazione, educazione e marketing in 83 paesi del mondo. Dopo un ampio processo di certificazione - un totale di 380 criteri dovevano essere valutati per l'azienda - e un audit finale con esperti in loco, il Valsana Hotel & Apartments pu\u00f2 ora definirsi un'azienda certificata Green Globe. Questo significa che l'hotel a quattro stelle superior di Arosa appartiene ora alla cerchia selezionata della certificazione Green Globe.<\/p>\n

Con questo premio, l'hotel sostenibile nel centro di Arosa assume un altro ruolo pionieristico in Svizzera.<\/p>\n

Chiara attenzione alla sostenibilit\u00e0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gi\u00e0 durante la costruzione del nuovo Valsana Hotel & Apartments \u00e8 stata posta una chiara attenzione alla sostenibilit\u00e0. Nel seminterrato dell'edificio \u00e8 stato installato un serbatoio di stoccaggio del ghiaccio che, insieme a un sistema di recupero del calore e a varie sonde geotermiche, permette di riscaldare l'intero complesso di edifici senza combustibili fossili. Una certificazione ambientale corrispondente era quindi il passo logico successivo per l'hotel, che ha aperto nel 2017.<\/p>\n

\"La sostenibilit\u00e0 e la protezione del nostro ambiente giocano un ruolo importante all'interno del Tschuggen Hotel Group\", spiegano Stephanie e Michael Lehnort, coppia dirigente del Valsana. Il gruppo alberghiero svizzero con propriet\u00e0 ad Arosa, Ascona e St. Moritz \u00e8 completamente neutrale dal 2019.<\/p>\n

Vista a 360 gradi per i processi\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nell'ambito della certificazione, tutte le aree del funzionamento dell'hotel sono state valutate e controllate per l'idea di sostenibilit\u00e0 sottostante. Questo include, tra le altre cose, la formazione del personale in materia di sostenibilit\u00e0, l'integrazione nella comunit\u00e0 locale, ma anche una politica di acquisti che tenga conto principalmente dei produttori locali e regionali. Valsana ha raggiunto il 93% dei punti possibili nel processo di certificazione. Oltre al deposito di ghiaccio, sono stati particolarmente evidenziati l'alveare dell'hotel, il tetto verde e la maggior parte dei prodotti eco-certificati e del commercio equo e solidale.<\/p>\n
