Caritas Svizzera ha combinato diversi canali per raggiungere questo obiettivo: Direct mailing, OOH, DOOH, pubblicit\u00e0 cartacea, e-mail, display, annunci sui social media e SEA.<\/p>\r\n<p>Lo studio d'impatto condotto da Exactag per conto di Post Advertising ha analizzato l'efficacia di questo mix crossmediale e quali canali hanno generato il maggior numero di donazioni. \u00c8 stato sviluppato con l'aiuto del \"marketing mix modelling\", una \"metodologia complessa ma particolarmente significativa\", secondo Exactag.<\/p>\r\n<p>\"I risultati della modellazione del marketing mix ci aiutano a utilizzare il budget dei media per la prossima campagna in modo pi\u00f9 mirato e a rivolgerci ai gruppi target rilevanti in modo ancora pi\u00f9 preciso\", afferma Christoph Keiser, Co-Head of Fundraising + Marketing di Caritas Svizzera.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Approfondimenti preziosi per tutti i settori <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>La modellazione del marketing mix si basa su una grande quantit\u00e0 di dati, la maggior parte dei quali \u00e8 riservata. Per questo motivo i risultati non vengono quasi mai pubblicati. \"Il fatto che Caritas Svizzera renda noti i risultati di questo studio \u00e8 notevole\", afferma Daniel Sch\u00f6nmann, responsabile di Advertising Research &amp; Communication di Post Advertising. \"In quanto grande organizzazione non profit, la Caritas rende volutamente accessibili i risultati dello studio anche alle organizzazioni pi\u00f9 piccole e alle aziende di altri settori. Ci\u00f2 significa che anche loro possono trarne vantaggio e ottimizzare le loro campagne crossmediali\".<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Gli invii diretti sono particolarmente efficaci <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Lo studio d'impatto mostra che oltre il 50% del volume delle donazioni durante il periodo della campagna pu\u00f2 essere attribuito alla campagna pubblicitaria crossmediale. Queste donazioni aggiuntive sono definite anche donazioni incrementali. Si tratta dell'aumento netto delle donazioni che non ci si sarebbe aspettati senza le misure pubblicitarie. Gli invii diretti contribuiscono maggiormente all'impatto del media mix, il che conferma il loro ruolo dominante come mezzo che innesca l'azione di raccolta fondi. Anche OOH e DOOH hanno un'influenza sproporzionata sulla generazione di donazioni con una pressione pubblicitaria adeguata.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>L'aumento della cross-medialit\u00e0 aumenta l'efficienza <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Oltre all'efficacia dei canali, lo studio ha analizzato anche l'efficienza della campagna. Nella campagna natalizia 2023, Caritas Svizzera ha aumentato i costi netti della campagna del 10% rispetto all'anno precedente, incrementando cos\u00ec le donazioni incrementali di uno sproporzionato 37%. Di conseguenza, il ritorno sulla spesa pubblicitaria (ROAS) \u00e8 aumentato del 24%. Questa maggiore efficienza \u00e8 dovuta principalmente alla maggiore crossmedialit\u00e0, ovvero al mix di media sapientemente ampliato. Questi tre canali si rafforzano a vicenda.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Tre raccomandazioni per la strategia crossmediale <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Dallo studio emergono tre raccomandazioni chiave per le ONP e le aziende di altri settori, al fine di ottimizzare la loro strategia crossmediale. In primo luogo, dovrebbero sfruttare le sinergie tra i tre top performer direct mailing, DOOH e display advertising. Questa riorganizzazione del media mix aumenta l'efficacia complessiva delle campagne. In secondo luogo, lo studio raccomanda di ottimizzare le campagne a livello regionale: I dati e le analisi possono essere utilizzati per identificare le regioni di grande importanza. Se gli inserzionisti aumentano specificamente la loro pressione pubblicitaria in queste aree, non solo aumentano l'impatto ma anche l'efficienza delle loro campagne. In terzo luogo, l'ottimizzazione dell'impostazione della campagna e del media mix dovrebbe avvenire a piccoli passi per monitorare costantemente l'effetto.<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<p><em>Il <strong>Studio d'impatto<\/strong> di Exactag per conto di Post Advertising si basa sulla modellazione del marketing mix. Questa combina tre fasi metodologiche: analisi a lungo termine, analisi della campagna e analisi intra-canale (ambienti). La procedura \u00e8 stata strettamente coordinata con Caritas Svizzera. I dati provengono da diverse fonti, sono stati resi anonimi e convalidati insieme alla ONP.
