Due esempi: Se vedete una forte concorrenza come una minaccia, prenderete azioni diverse (e spesso inconsciamente) che se credete che la concorrenza crei una pressione gradita per affinare il posizionamento. Se vedete il pagamento della vostra squadra come un male necessario per gestire il vostro business, agirete diversamente che se siete convinti che investire nei membri della vostra squadra \u00e8 la migliore garanzia di crescita e di redditivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Cinque credenze<\/h2>\n

Di nuovo, questa \u00e8 solo la sua interpretazione personale di fatti neutrali. Il mio punto \u00e8 questo: Ci sono interpretazioni che sono migliori di altre nel creare un successo sostenibile. Ecco le mie 5 principali convinzioni che incontro di volta in volta nei ranghi dirigenziali e che impediscono un maggiore successo (spesso senza che i dirigenti ne siano consapevoli):<\/p>\n

  1. \"Io non ho (o la mia gente non ha) alcun talento!\".<\/strong>\u00a0Gli studi dimostrano ancora e ancora che praticamente non esiste il \"talento\", ma piuttosto una volont\u00e0 fortemente variabile di imparare e migliorare continuamente, anche se \u00e8 difficile. Con l'affermazione \"nessun talento\" ci diamo la giustificazione di non voler cambiare nulla.<\/li>\n
  2. \"Sono impiegato!\"<\/strong>\u00a0La parola stessa \u00e8 terribile! Nessuno \u00e8 \"impiegato\". Siamo tutti presidenti delle nostre vite. Forse attualmente stai vendendo il tuo tempo a una societ\u00e0 esclusiva (il tuo \"datore di lavoro\") che ti garantisce pagamenti mensili in cambio.<\/li>\n
  3. \"Non ho tempo!\"<\/strong>\u00a0Manca anche: Naturalmente, abbiamo tutti le stesse 24 ore in un giorno. Alcuni ottengono pi\u00f9 risultati in quel tempo di altri. \"Non c'\u00e8 tempo\" significa sempre \"nessuna priorit\u00e0\".<\/li>\n
  4. \"La colpa \u00e8 di un altro o di altri!\"<\/strong> No, tu stesso sei responsabile di tutte le tue decisioni, anche di come reagisci alla stupidit\u00e0 degli altri e alle influenze difficili. E ci sono sempre alcuni che hanno gi\u00e0 marciato da tempo, mentre altri sono ancora alla ricerca di colpevoli.<\/li>\n
  5. \"Chi ha successo ha pi\u00f9 fortuna!\"<\/strong>\u00a0Solo chi impara di pi\u00f9 e fa di pi\u00f9 \u00e8 pi\u00f9 \"fortunato\" alla fine. Chi ha pi\u00f9 successo vede e coglie pi\u00f9 opportunit\u00e0 della media. Chi non ha successo lo chiama \"fortuna\" per giustificare il proprio fallimento.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Potresti non essere d'accordo con una o due delle affermazioni. Questo \u00e8 un bene, perch\u00e9 aumenta la consapevolezza del problema.<\/p>\n

    Suggerimento per la pratica:<\/h2>\n

    Valuta fino a che punto trovi queste convinzioni nella tua squadra o nell'intera azienda. Allora iniziate a cambiarli e a creare una \"cultura di squadra vincente\" con convinzioni migliori. Questo richiede un allenamento e una pratica regolare per un certo periodo di tempo. Le conseguenze positive di questo superano di gran lunga molte altre azioni.<\/p>\n
