Contengono grandi quantit\u00e0 di metalli riciclabili come zinco, rame e piombo. Oggi, i metalli vengono recuperati da circa tre quarti di questa quantit\u00e0 negli impianti domestici. Con questo innovativo sistema di riciclaggio per il recupero dei metalli, l'industria sta dando un importante contributo all'economia circolare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ritardi vari<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'espansione delle capacit\u00e0 di recupero delle rimanenti 20.000 tonnellate di ceneri di filtrazione \u00e8 stata ritardata per vari motivi, tra cui la pianificazione e le trattative contrattuali. Tutto questo aveva richiesto pi\u00f9 tempo del previsto. A ci\u00f2 si aggiungono i chiarimenti del settore con la Commissione per la concorrenza.<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, i due nuovi impianti di incenerimento dei rifiuti di Basilea e Monthey (VS) e l'espansione della capacit\u00e0 dell'impianto di incenerimento dei rifiuti di Zuchwil (SO) saranno completati entro il 2025. Per questi motivi, il Consiglio federale ha deciso di prorogare il termine per il recupero dei metalli fino al 1\u00b0 gennaio 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deposito in discarica solo in casi eccezionali<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fino a tale data, gli RSU possono depositare le ceneri da filtro non trattate nelle discariche o nei compartimenti autorizzati solo se le capacit\u00e0 esistenti per il recupero dei metalli sono pienamente utilizzate. Secondo le informazioni, l'Ufficio federale dell'ambiente, in collaborazione con i cantoni e l'industria, verificher\u00e0 regolarmente il rispetto dei requisiti. I cantoni e l'industria sono quindi obbligati a utilizzare le strutture esistenti e a mettere in funzione le strutture previste il pi\u00f9 rapidamente possibile. Il Consiglio federale mira a non depositare pi\u00f9 ceneri di filtro non trattate nelle discariche entro l'inizio del 2026.<\/p>\n<p>In questo modo, la Svizzera pu\u00f2 avanzare il suo ruolo di pioniere in questo importante settore dell'economia circolare e ha l'opportunit\u00e0, ad esempio, di produrre circa il 20% dell'intero fabbisogno nazionale di zinco nel proprio Paese\", scrive il Consiglio federale nelle conclusioni.<\/p>\n<p><em>Fonte: Confederazione<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In den Kehrichtverbrennungsanlagen (KVA) entstehen j\u00e4hrlich rund 80&#8217;000 Tonnen Filteraschen aus der Abluftreinigung.
