Ad esempio, mentre un dipendente dice subito \"Non sono in grado di farlo\" quando si trova di fronte a nuovi compiti, un altro pensa \"Wow, finalmente posso mettermi alla prova\" e parte con fiducia alla ricerca di soluzioni adeguate ai problemi.<\/p>\n<p>Mentre un dipendente, ad esempio, soffre di burnout e si ammala per un periodo pi\u00f9 lungo a causa delle \"condizioni di lavoro stressanti\", un altro si lamenta occasionalmente \"\u00c8 stressante\", ma poi si mette al lavoro pieno di vigore e porta sistematicamente a termine i compiti.<\/p>\n<p>La ricerca sulla resilienza sta studiando il perch\u00e9 di questa situazione ed \u00e8 giunta alla conclusione che alcune persone sono pi\u00f9 \"resilienti\" di altre. Hanno una \"pelle pi\u00f9 spessa\", per cos\u00ec dire, quando si tratta di affrontare situazioni difficili. \u00c8 per questo che lo stress sembra scivolare via da loro, mentre per altri porta a richieste eccessive.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le otto caratteristiche dei dipendenti resilienti<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La ricerca sulla resilienza mostra che le persone con un alto livello di resilienza hanno generalmente le seguenti caratteristiche e tratti di personalit\u00e0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pensiero positivo:<\/strong> Le persone resilienti non si lasciano prendere dal panico di fronte a nuove sfide. Al contrario, pensano: ce la far\u00f2 in qualche modo, anche se non so ancora come.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autostima:<\/strong> Credono in se stessi e in ci\u00f2 che possono e fanno.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Capacit\u00e0 di risolvere i problemi:<\/strong> Pensano in modo orientato alla soluzione e pianificano il loro futuro. Non sono preoccupati per il futuro.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responsabilit\u00e0 personale:<\/strong> Prendono in mano la loro vita e il loro destino e non si lasciano costringere in un ruolo di vittima.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autoefficacia:<\/strong> Inizialmente accettano le cose e le circostanze (negative) cos\u00ec come sono. Ma non le lasciano cos\u00ec come sono: le cambiano.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Competenza sociale:<\/strong> Rimangono in dialogo con il loro ambiente nei momenti di stress. Se necessario, chiedono supporto o lo organizzano da soli.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mindfulness:<\/strong> Hanno un senso di s\u00e9. Sanno cosa \u00e8 (non) buono per loro e percepiscono quando stanno raggiungendo i loro limiti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strategie di gestione dello stress:<\/strong> Hanno sviluppato strategie per garantire il necessario relax anche nei momenti di stress e, per quanto possibile, per mantenere l'equilibrio nella loro vita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Diventare una personalit\u00e0 resiliente<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La ricerca sulla resilienza mostra anche che le abilit\u00e0 e le caratteristiche citate sono latenti in quasi tutte le persone. Tuttavia, senza un supporto esterno, spesso hanno difficolt\u00e0 ad attivarle. Questo perch\u00e9 devono esserne consapevoli: Come reagisco regolarmente in determinate situazioni? Ad esempio, di fronte a nuove sfide? O quando si devono prendere decisioni importanti? O quando il volume di lavoro aumenta? Inoltre: perch\u00e9 reagisco in questo modo e non in un altro?<\/p>\n<p>Chiunque pu\u00f2 porsi queste domande. Ma in realt\u00e0 molti non lo fanno. E se lo fanno? Spesso non trovano le risposte giuste. Ad esempio, perch\u00e9 non si rendono conto di reagire sempre in modo simile in situazioni analoghe. Oppure perch\u00e9 il loro comportamento gli sembra cos\u00ec naturale che non riescono a immaginare di reagire diversamente.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Riconoscere tempestivamente le richieste eccessive in arrivo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Per questo motivo, le aziende che vogliono sostenere i propri dipendenti nell'aumentare la loro resilienza spesso offrono loro seminari appropriati. Inoltre, spesso mettono a disposizione un coach nel lavoro quotidiano per aiutarli a riconoscere e, se necessario, a modificare i loro tipici schemi di pensiero, comportamento e reazione a determinati stimoli esterni.<\/p>\n<p>Un ulteriore obiettivo di questo supporto \u00e8 quello di aumentare l'autoconsapevolezza dei dipendenti, ovvero la loro consapevolezza di quando, ad esempio, si trovano in una situazione che rischia di sovraccaricarli.
