L'indagine mostra che l'85% delle aziende continuer\u00e0 a offrire il lavoro a distanza nel 2025. Inoltre, i benefit collaterali saranno rivisti e meglio adattati alle esigenze dei giovani laureati. Oltre ai bonus e ai giorni di ferie extra, queste offerte si concentrano sempre pi\u00f9 sulla salute mentale, sulle opportunit\u00e0 sportive e sull'equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ambiziosi: poco inclini a posizioni manageriali\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nonostante il loro desiderio di fare la differenza, molti appartenenti alla Generazione Z non sono attratti dalle posizioni manageriali tradizionali. Infatti, un professionista della Gen Z su tre preferirebbe non assumere un ruolo di middle management. Il motivo \u00e8 ovvio: li trovano troppo stressanti per la retribuzione. Cercano invece posizioni in cui possano sviluppare le proprie competenze e che offrano maggiore autonomia.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Come stanno reagendo le aziende?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La tradizionale scala di carriera viene sostituita da percorsi di crescita pi\u00f9 dinamici e pi\u00f9 adatti alle esigenze dei giovani talenti. Le strutture a team o piatte incoraggiano la collaborazione, danno ai dipendenti un maggiore controllo sul proprio lavoro e creano spazio per lo sviluppo personale. Anche il benessere sul posto di lavoro \u00e8 una priorit\u00e0, con programmi dedicati alla salute mentale e alla soddisfazione lavorativa.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Stile di comunicazione: digitale e diretto\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Per la Generazione Z, la comunicazione \u00e8 fondamentale per la loro esperienza lavorativa e le loro preferenze sono fortemente influenzate dalla tecnologia:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>59 % dei professionisti della Generazione Z preferisce le e-mail o le chat alle telefonate<\/li>\n<li>Una persona su due si sente a disagio con le telefonate d'affari<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applicazioni come Microsoft Teams e WhatsApp stanno diventando sempre pi\u00f9 il mezzo di comunicazione pi\u00f9 importante sul posto di lavoro.
