L'indagine, condotta con cadenza trimestrale dall'inizio del 2024, fornisce indicazioni sull'atteggiamento dei dipendenti. In media, i dipendenti svizzeri vorrebbero lavorare 35,4 ore a settimana - meno delle tradizionali 40 ore settimanali, ma pi\u00f9 che in Austria (33,3 ore) e Germania (32 ore). Anche il lavoro da casa continua a essere richiesto: coloro che hanno la possibilit\u00e0 di lavorare a distanza preferiscono una media del 45%, che corrisponde a circa due giorni alla settimana.<\/p>\r\n

L'accettazione di lunghi spostamenti \u00e8 pi\u00f9 alta in Svizzera che nei Paesi vicini: Gli intervistati dichiarano una distanza massima di pendolarismo di 32 chilometri, rispetto ai circa 22 chilometri di Germania e Austria.<\/p>\r\n

\"Lavorare sodo, giocare sodo\"<\/h3>\r\n

Quasi due terzi della popolazione attiva svizzera si riconosce nella filosofia \"Lavorare sodo, vivere bene\" (65%). Un altro punteggio massimo in un confronto tra tre Paesi (Austria: 62%; Germania: 58%). \"L'impegno e il rendimento sono ancora considerati valori importanti in Svizzera. Tuttavia, i nostri dati mostrano anche che l'attenzione si sta spostando sempre pi\u00f9 dai modelli di carriera tradizionali a modelli di lavoro pi\u00f9 flessibili\", spiega Roland Zeindler, amministratore delegato di Marketagent Svizzera. \"Le aziende che promuovono attivamente questa flessibilit\u00e0 non solo si assicurano un vantaggio nella competizione per la manodopera qualificata, ma rafforzano anche la fedelt\u00e0 a lungo termine dei dipendenti\".<\/p>\r\n

Elevata disponibilit\u00e0 al cambiamento<\/h3>\r\n

Nonostante l'alto livello di soddisfazione per il lavoro attuale (77%), i dipendenti sono molto disposti a cambiare lavoro: il 51% dei dipendenti pu\u00f2 immaginare di cambiare lavoro, anche se sono pi\u00f9 pessimisti sulle loro possibilit\u00e0 sul mercato del lavoro rispetto a Germania e Austria.
