(Immagine: Fotolia.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nella mente di molte persone persiste un vecchio mito, cio\u00e8 che vendere \u00e8 qualcosa per cui (a) non abbiamo talento, (b) \u00e8 un po' disdicevole o (c) di cui non abbiamo bisogno. Alcune persone credono tutte queste cose allo stesso tempo. Ho affrontato il tema del (a) talento nel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/fuenf-glaubenssaetze-die-ihren-erfolg-verhindern\/\">ultimo impulso per il successo<\/a> confutata (come una delle cinque credenze pi\u00f9 ostruttive per il successo). Il punto (c) di solito mostra arroganza e il punto (b) spesso mostra una mancanza di fiducia in se stessi.<\/p>\n<p>Qui ti do la ragione decisiva per cui la capacit\u00e0 di vendere \u00e8 cos\u00ec cruciale per il tuo successo: Solo chi deve vendere impara a convincere. Perch\u00e9 si pu\u00f2 vendere qualcosa (eticamente corretto) solo se si offre un valore aggiunto agli altri, oggettivamente e soggettivamente.<\/p>\n<h2>Convincere - la cosa pi\u00f9 difficile nella vita<\/h2>\n<p>Posso dirvelo per esperienza personale: dopo quasi 20 anni come \"impiegato\" in grandi aziende, come proprietario della mia azienda ho dovuto imparare a convincere i clienti del valore dei miei servizi. E vi dico: questa \u00e8 la cosa pi\u00f9 difficile nella vita professionale! Non perch\u00e9 non ci sia un chiaro beneficio, ma perch\u00e9 i potenziali clienti non lo vedono se non \u00e8 spiegato loro in modo emotivamente convincente.<\/p>\n<p>Immaginate che TUTTI nella vostra azienda debbano vendere qualcosa da domani. Ognuno dovrebbe avere un negozio online dove offre i suoi servizi. Cos\u00ec facendo, dovrebbero poi spiegare perch\u00e9 qualcun altro dovrebbe \"comprare\" la loro idea, il loro piano o il loro lavoro.<\/p>\n<h2>Tre consigli per imparare a vendere<\/h2>\n<p>Diventiamo \"realistici\"! <strong>Ecco tre idee concrete per far s\u00ec che il tuo team produca benefici reali per gli altri (invece di limitarsi a elaborare compiti):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Conoscenza<\/strong>. Istruite ogni membro della vostra organizzazione che un servizio ha senso solo se ci sono dei destinatari per esso. Solo loro giudicano il beneficio e il \"prezzo\" del servizio. Molti processi e progetti si fermerebbero immediatamente se questo principio fosse applicato in modo coerente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conducendo<\/strong>. Come leader, hai l'abitudine di chiedere alle tue persone i benefici del loro lavoro per i clienti interni ed esterni. Che prezzo pagherebbero per questo? Questa domanda \u00e8 insolita per molti, ma incoraggia la riflessione sul valore aggiunto del proprio lavoro.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Imparare<\/strong>. Organizza piattaforme di apprendimento con i migliori libri, corsi audio e video sulla vendita e la persuasione. Questo, tra l'altro, aumenter\u00e0 l'autostima della tua squadra (un problema estremamente importante per la maggior parte delle aziende).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Queste sono solo tre delle tante idee su come rendere il vostro team e la vostra azienda pi\u00f9 \"venditivi\" in senso positivo, cio\u00e8 concentrarsi sulla persuasivit\u00e0 e sul valore del cliente.
