Le differenze e l'individualit\u00e0 sono fattori che portano a modi diversi di vedere le cose. Non insistete su un approccio armonioso, ma permettete i conflitti! Prima di tutto, dovete assicurarvi che i vostri dipendenti non equiparino il loro lavoro alla loro personalit\u00e0. Devono essere sicuri di esprimere proposte rischiose e insolite senza compromettere la loro autostima. \u00c8 anche importante creare un ambiente in cui i membri del team possano essere in disaccordo a livello professionale, senza che questo diventi un fatto personale. La collaborazione dovrebbe assumere la forma di una discussione vivace, piuttosto che di una selvaggia lotta per la conquista dell'ego pi\u00f9 grande.
