Mentre alcuni leader di mercato ottengono vantaggi competitivi grazie all'uso mirato dell'IA, circa 20 % degli effetti potenziali rimangono inutilizzati in molte aziende. Il 60 % degli intervistati dichiara la mancanza di formazione, mentre il 58 % si sente sopraffatto dalla moltitudine di strumenti di IA. Esiste anche un notevole divario di conoscenze a livello manageriale: i manager sono 21 % meno esperti di strumenti di IA rispetto ai loro team e hanno una visione meno ampia del panorama degli strumenti, il che rallenta la potenziale trasformazione. Pi\u00f9 di due terzi degli intervistati considerano l'IA un fattore di successo decisivo.
