Tuttavia, gli attuali processi di sviluppo degli anticorpi sono spesso lenti, costosi e limitati nella loro gamma terapeutica, il che rende difficile lo sviluppo di nuove terapie, in particolare per il cancro e le malattie del sistema immunitario.<\/p>\n<p>Remuun ha sviluppato una piattaforma MEGA brevettata che imita il processo naturale di diversificazione degli anticorpi in laboratorio. Il suo design modulare consente la produzione rapida e precisa di anticorpi monoclonali personalizzati. Sulla base della sua esperienza nell'interazione tra sistema immunitario e tumori, Remuun mira ad approfondire le conoscenze scientifiche e a sviluppare immunoterapie pi\u00f9 efficaci.<\/p>\n<p>La start-up biotecnologica intende utilizzare i 150.000 franchi svizzeri messi a disposizione da Venture Kick per accelerare la propria crescita. I fondi saranno utilizzati per creare partnership strategiche con aziende farmaceutiche, portare avanti lo sviluppo di una nuova generazione di terapie a base di anticorpi ed espandere il portafoglio di propriet\u00e0 intellettuale.<\/p>\n<p>Il team REMUUN, co-fondato dal Prof. Richard Chahwan, \u00e8 composto dagli scienziati Paulina Wyrzykowska e Romina Fetti e da altri consulenti.
