La panoramica sullo sviluppo delle start-up in Svizzera nel primo trimestre del 2025 mostra anche che il tema della \"fondazione\" continua a svolgere un ruolo importante. Secondo l'Istituto IFJ per i giovani imprenditori, il numero di start-up ha raggiunto un nuovo massimo di 13.983 iscrizioni nel registro delle imprese, che corrisponde a un aumento di 3,9% rispetto all'anno precedente. Questo sviluppo sottolinea il crescente interesse per il lavoro autonomo e l'imprenditorialit\u00e0 in Svizzera. Particolarmente degna di nota \u00e8 l'alta percentuale di nuove attivit\u00e0 imprenditoriali, che rappresentano circa 70% delle nuove start-up. Un altro quinto delle nuove imprese si concentra sulla continuazione di aziende esistenti.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"653\">L'indipendenza come motore per i fondatori di aziende<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"1066\">Le motivazioni dei fondatori variano, ma l'indagine mostra che il desiderio di maggiore indipendenza e libert\u00e0 \u00e8 la motivazione pi\u00f9 comune (40%). Altri fattori importanti sono l'opportunit\u00e0 di auto-realizzazione (31%) e l'utilizzo delle proprie competenze (28%). Questi risultati riflettono il fatto che gli obiettivi personali, piuttosto che quelli finanziari, sono al centro dell'attenzione di molti fondatori.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1379\">Le sfide esistono soprattutto prima dell'avvio, in particolare per quanto riguarda l'acquisizione degli ordini e le attivit\u00e0 amministrative. Dopo l'avvio, le difficolt\u00e0 si spostano principalmente su questioni come il marketing e l'acquisizione di clienti. \u00c8 piacevole notare che la pressione delle preoccupazioni si riduce significativamente dopo l'avvio.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1804\">Una scena di start-up orientata alla crescita in Svizzera<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1804\">L'analisi mostra che le regioni occidentali e centrali della Svizzera, in particolare, cos\u00ec come Zurigo e Basilea, hanno registrato una forte crescita di nuove start-up. La forma giuridica GmbH rimane la pi\u00f9 popolare, seguita dalla AG.
