(Grafico: IWG)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">La fine della tradizionale giornata di 8 ore? C'\u00e8 da chiedersi, dopo aver letto uno studio globale recentemente pubblicato. Le persone lavorano sempre meno in ufficio e sempre pi\u00f9 da altre parti. Secondo IWG, la societ\u00e0 madre dei principali fornitori di spazi di lavoro come Regus e Spaces, l'emergere di questa \"forza lavoro mobile\" \u00e8 stato innescato dai cambiamenti tecnologici, dalla globalizzazione e dalle mutate aspettative dei dipendenti. L'IWG ha pubblicato lo studio citato in precedenza, che si basa sui risultati di oltre 18.000 imprenditori in 96 Paesi. Secondo questo studio, il 70 % dei lavoratori lavora almeno un giorno alla settimana fuori dall'ufficio. (Grafico: IWG)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Per generazioni, il lavoro d'ufficio in tutto il mondo si \u00e8 basato su una sede fissa e su una giornata di 8 ore. Ma sempre pi\u00f9 aziende stanno adottando un modello di lavoro molto diverso, che porta benefici sia a loro che ai loro dipendenti.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"LEFT\">Lavoratori pi\u00f9 felici e produttivi<\/h2>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Pi\u00f9 della met\u00e0 degli svizzeri (56%) concorda sul fatto che il lavoro flessibile aumenta la soddisfazione sul lavoro, dimostrando che le aziende devono offrire ambienti di lavoro adatti ai lavoratori di oggi se vogliono mantenere i dipendenti di alto livello. Lo studio ha anche dimostrato che non sono pi\u00f9 solo le start-up ad adottare il lavoro flessibile e gli spazi di lavoro condivisi. Le aziende di maggior successo al mondo, tra cui Etihad Airways, Diesel, GSK, Mastercard, Microsoft, Oracle e Uber, utilizzano gi\u00e0 luoghi di lavoro flessibili.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"LEFT\">L'efficienza dei costi come ragione pi\u00f9 importante per l'utilizzo di postazioni di lavoro flessibili<\/h2>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Il passaggio a luoghi di lavoro flessibili riflette l'evoluzione delle esigenze e delle aspettative della forza lavoro. Con l'84%, la maggior parte degli svizzeri trova che il Wi-Fi veloce e affidabile sia la caratteristica principale di un ambiente di lavoro produttivo. Analogamente, 69% degli intervistati in Svizzera apprezzano il fatto che si paghi solo per lo spazio effettivamente utilizzato. \u00c8 possibile risparmiare anche sui beni immobili (49%) e sul personale d'ufficio (59%).
