Abdullah Redzepi, membro del comitato di patronato della Giornata delle Risorse Umane della Svizzera Orientale e docente presso l'Universit\u00e0 di Scienze Applicate di San Gallo, ha chiarito fin dall'inizio quello che probabilmente molti dei presenti stavano pensando: \"flessibile\" in relazione al lavoro \u00e8 diventato oggi un \"termine killer\". Molte delle cose che devono diventare pi\u00f9 \"flessibili\" sono gi\u00e0 una realt\u00e0 oggi: le persone lavorano in movimento, possono presentarsi al lavoro un'ora pi\u00f9 tardi e continuare a lavorare dopo la chiusura dell'ufficio. Tuttavia, sono necessarie nuove forme di cooperazione. Si tratta di una sfida per la leadership, e molte delle nuove sfide - intelligenza artificiale, automazione, ecc.<\/p>\n

Prima gli umani<\/h2>\n

Quindi \u00e8 necessario soprattutto un cambiamento di comportamento. L'economista comportamentale Andreas Staub li ha esplorati nella sua presentazione. Gestione 4.0<\/h2>\n

Barbara Schaerer, responsabile delle risorse umane della Confederazione, ha molto da dire su quanto possa essere difficile a volte implementare le strategie. Nella sua presentazione ha spiegato come potrebbe essere l'\"Amministrazione 4.0\" e quali sono gli ostacoli da superare. In particolare, la natura tripartita della nostra amministrazione - Confederazione, Cantoni, Comuni - si rivela sempre una sfida. Il fatto che i dipartimenti siano gestiti politicamente significa anche che la flessibilit\u00e0 talvolta desiderata - ad esempio nelle decisioni sul personale - non pu\u00f2 essere sfruttata appieno ovunque. Ciononostante, Barbara Schaerer \u00e8 stata in grado di dimostrare perch\u00e9 l'Amministrazione federale \u00e8 un datore di lavoro attraente sotto molti punti di vista, dal momento che molte richieste delle moderne forme di lavoro possono gi\u00e0 essere soddisfatte.<\/p>\n

Barbara Josef, ex manager di Microsoft e ora blogger e consulente indipendente, ha riportato con i piedi per terra l'euforia che circonda il co-working e altre cosiddette \"nuove forme di lavoro\". Da un lato, naturalmente, non nega che il co-working abbia molti vantaggi, ad esempio per i freelance, ma anche per le aziende pi\u00f9 grandi, che possono concedere ai loro dipendenti una maggiore flessibilit\u00e0 nella scelta del luogo di lavoro, nel senso di una cultura della fiducia. D'altra parte, il coworking pu\u00f2 anche avere un impatto negativo, ad esempio creando una mancanza di tempo e un maggiore sforzo di coordinamento. Tuttavia: Il lavoro \u00e8 innanzitutto un'attivit\u00e0, non un luogo.
