(Depositphotos_ AndreyPopov)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<blockquote><p>Lo studio mostra che la consapevolezza e il rating sono fattori importanti nella scelta di un particolare fornitore di garanzie e fideiussioni.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Il mercato svizzero delle fideiussioni \u00e8 composto da mercati bancari e assicurativi, per cui la relazione con la banca \u00e8 tradizionalmente fortemente ancorata in Svizzera e gode di un'ampia accettazione. Tuttavia, le aziende si rivolgono sempre pi\u00f9 alle compagnie di assicurazione come garanti, perch\u00e9 sono pi\u00f9 flessibili in termini di condizioni e design\/formulazione del contratto, il che sta diventando sempre pi\u00f9 importante. A livello internazionale, il mercato delle fideiussioni \u00e8 anche dominato dalle banche nella maggior parte dei paesi, ma gli assicuratori stanno emergendo sempre pi\u00f9 come fornitori competitivi.<\/p>\n<p>SML si aspetta che le crescenti regolamentazioni come Basilea III e Solvency II cambieranno le condizioni quadro per le garanzie. Soprattutto nell'industria dell'approvvigionamento, della manutenzione, del commercio al dettaglio e in una certa misura anche nell'industria dei beni capitali, sono soprattutto i clienti che richiedono uno strumento di copertura come una garanzia o una fideiussione.<\/p>\n<p>Lo studio mostra anche che le garanzie sono obbligatorie oltre una certa dimensione del progetto. Questo \u00e8 particolarmente vero per i grandi progetti nei settori delle infrastrutture, dell'energia e dei beni capitali. Inoltre, i gruppi internazionali sono pi\u00f9 dipendenti dalle garanzie, sia a causa di linee guida interne, sia per esigenze di conformit\u00e0 o perch\u00e9 sono nuovi clienti con i quali si deve prima stabilire un rapporto di fiducia. Pertanto, SML e le aziende intervistate presumono che la necessit\u00e0 di strumenti di copertura tender\u00e0 ad aumentare. Tuttavia, le garanzie rappresentano una voce di costo non trascurabile per le imprese svizzere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Valutazioni importanti per i clienti <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lo studio mostra che la consapevolezza e il rating sono fattori importanti per la scelta di un particolare fornitore di garanzie e fideiussioni. La conclusione e le soluzioni di gestione online non complicate sono tanto richieste quanto la velocit\u00e0 e la completezza dell'offerta. Da non dimenticare, oltre all'esperienza e alla competenza nella consulenza, \u00e8 il contatto personale, che \u00e8 molto apprezzato.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mercato in crescita con potenziale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Secondo SML, il mercato delle fideiussioni \u00e8 cresciuto costantemente a circa +6% tra il 2011 e il 2014. Nel complesso, il 50% del mercato \u00e8 dominato dalle obbligazioni di noleggio e costruzione. La domanda di fideiussioni dipende molto dal rispettivo settore.
