(Immagine: depositphotos)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nel 2018, il \"bike to work\" ha stabilito un record dopo l'altro: in media, le aziende hanno partecipato alla campagna Pro Velo Schweiz per due mesi quest'anno. Il 51% delle aziende ha partecipato a maggio e giugno. Ci\u00f2 si riflette anche nel numero record di chilometri percorsi, pari a 15,9 milioni (+26%).<\/p>\n<p>In media, ogni partecipante ha percorso 247 chilometri in bicicletta per recarsi al lavoro nell'arco di 19 giorni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grande successo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\"Il successo del bike to work dimostra quanto sar\u00e0 importante la bicicletta per le aziende in futuro. Le aziende investono sempre di pi\u00f9 nella bicicletta come mezzo di mobilit\u00e0, poich\u00e9 ha effetti positivi sulla salute dei dipendenti, potenziali risparmi nelle infrastrutture e una mobilit\u00e0 efficiente all'interno degli agglomerati urbani\", afferma Matthias Aebischer, Presidente di Pro Velo Schweiz.<\/p>\n<p>Un numero particolarmente elevato di partecipanti si \u00e8 registrato per andare a lavorare in bicicletta negli agglomerati urbani di Zurigo, Berna e Losanna. Nei centri urbani della Svizzera di oggi, la bicicletta \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 di un semplice mezzo di trasporto: \u00e8 uno stile di vita, una dichiarazione e un divertimento allo stesso tempo. Grazie al bike to work, numerosi partecipanti per la prima volta hanno trovato la strada per la bicicletta e si sono entusiasmati per la campagna ciclistica. Sono rimasti sorpresi da quanto sia facile andare al lavoro in bicicletta e dall'effetto positivo che ha l'uso della bicicletta.<\/p>\n<p>Isabelle K. di Baden ha partecipato per la prima volta quest'anno: \"La sensazione di andare al lavoro in bicicletta sulle strade tranquille del primo mattino \u00e8 unica. Il movimento mi sveglia e allo stesso tempo ho completato la mia prima unit\u00e0 sportiva. E: andare al lavoro in bicicletta acuisce i sensi. All'improvviso si notano cose che prima non esistevano. Posso davvero consigliare a chiunque il bike to work: \u00e8 un'esperienza fantastica che porta movimento e divertimento nella vita di tutti i giorni\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>Promozione della salute di successo per le aziende<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La bicicletta al lavoro \u00e8 sinonimo di maggiore esercizio fisico nella giornata lavorativa. Chi va al lavoro in bicicletta ha gi\u00e0 fatto parte dell'attivit\u00e0 fisica giornaliera raccomandata. Le misure di promozione della salute in azienda, che comprendono anche il bike to work, hanno anche un'importanza economica. I dipendenti pi\u00f9 sani hanno meno probabilit\u00e0 di assentarsi dal lavoro e sono pi\u00f9 produttivi.
