(Immagine: Depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Secondo il <em>Indagine sulle tendenze dei benefit nel 2025<\/em> di WTW, fornitore di servizi di consulenza, intermediazione e soluzioni, due terzi delle aziende svizzere intervistate (66%) considerano la carenza di manodopera qualificata come il fattore principale della loro strategia di benefit nel 2025, anche se questo aspetto ha perso un po' di importanza rispetto al 2023 (85 %). Altri importanti fattori di influenza sono l'aspettativa di una migliore esperienza dei dipendenti (41%), gli accordi di lavoro (38%) e la pressione finanziaria sui bilanci (33%). \"In vista di una possibile recessione economica, molti datori di lavoro stanno intraprendendo un riallineamento strategico. Si stanno concentrando su quei benefit che creano un reale valore aggiunto, sia per i dipendenti che per l'azienda. Ci\u00f2 significa investimenti mirati, personalizzazione e un migliore supporto ai dipendenti nelle loro decisioni\", afferma Reto Ebn\u00f6ther, responsabile di Health &amp; Benefits di WTW Svizzera.<\/p>\n<h3>I budget ridotti limitano i benefici<\/h3>\n<p>I vincoli finanziari limitano la capacit\u00e0 di fornire servizi di benessere completi. L'aumento dei costi pensionistici sta mettendo sotto pressione anche i datori di lavoro in Svizzera. Di conseguenza, molti hanno difficolt\u00e0 ad attuare la loro strategia in aree chiave, in particolare in relazione ai programmi di benessere (33%), alle prestazioni pensionistiche (30%) e alla salute (23%). In questo contesto, molte aziende stanno spostando la loro attenzione strategica. Solo poche stanno ampliando attivamente il proprio pacchetto di benefit. L'attenzione si concentra invece sull'aumento del valore aggiunto dei benefit esistenti e sul miglioramento del finanziamento, dell'esperienza dei dipendenti, dell'analisi e dell'amministrazione.<\/p>\n<p>Nei prossimi tre anni, 54% dei datori di lavoro prevedono di riallocare o ristrutturare le spese. Inoltre, pi\u00f9 di due terzi (68%) intendono ampliare la scelta dei benefit offerti. La maggior parte (59%) prevede di gestire i costi in modo mirato, introducendo soluzioni di navigazione che supportino i dipendenti nell'utilizzo dei benefit. Allo stesso modo, un'ampia percentuale (54%) vorrebbe adeguare la spesa per i vari benefit per offrire di pi\u00f9 con il rispettivo benefit. Molti stanno anche valutando fornitori pi\u00f9 favorevoli per le prestazioni di rischio (36%) o per le soluzioni pensionistiche (34%).<\/p>\n<h3>Aumentare il valore aggiunto dei benefici<\/h3>\n<p>Per soddisfare ancora meglio le esigenze dei propri dipendenti in futuro, molte aziende intendono dare priorit\u00e0 ai seguenti temi nei prossimi tre anni: salute mentale, aumento del valore aggiunto dei benefit esistenti, offerte sanitarie e pensionistiche, benefit conformi agli ESG e ambiente di lavoro. Inoltre, prevedono di utilizzare maggiormente la tecnologia, aumentare la comunicazione, fornire incentivi mirati (nudges) e introdurre soluzioni di navigazione per incoraggiare i dipendenti nel loro comportamento riguardo ai benefit e migliorare l'esperienza dei dipendenti. Anche le revisioni periodiche delle prestazioni dei fornitori, compreso il feedback dei dipendenti, stanno assumendo un ruolo sempre pi\u00f9 importante.<\/p>\n<p>\"Le organizzazioni sono pi\u00f9 che mai sotto pressione per sviluppare una strategia di benefit orientata al futuro e adatta a loro. Nuove e vecchie sfide richiedono approcci innovativi. Se i benefit aiutano a rendere tangibili i valori e lo scopo, questo \u00e8 un primo passo importante.
