Prende in considerazione le sfide che esistono in questo settore, come la mancanza di tempo, il denaro e le sfide economiche, le aree di interesse, il livello di digitalizzazione esistente e i formati di formazione preferiti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le pi\u00f9 grandi sfide <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I risultati del sondaggio hanno mostrato che le maggiori sfide per gli operatori di ristoranti indipendenti sono i servizi di consegna, le attivit\u00e0 amministrative e l'amministrazione del personale.
