Avete alle spalle un'intera giornata: cinque riunioni, 50 e-mail risposte, qualche decisione presa, eppure la sera vi rimane un retrogusto stantio. Siete esausti, ma non soddisfatti. Se siete sinceri, la vostra azienda, il vostro team o voi stessi non avete fatto un centimetro di progresso strategico oggi. Benvenuti nella modalit\u00e0 di reazione.<\/p>\n<h3>Quando l'onda collassa<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c8 una trappola invisibile, soprattutto per i manager esperti. Lavorano, schiacciano l'acceleratore, sono costantemente impegnati e spesso non si rendono subito conto che non stanno pi\u00f9 guidando, ma sono guidati. Come un surfista che viene trascinato sotto l'acqua mentre l'onda si abbatte su di lui. Io lo chiamo essere sotto l'onda.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reagiscono invece di agire.<\/li>\n<li>Spengono gli incendi invece di gettare fondamenta stabili.<\/li>\n<li>Ottimizzano i dettagli mentre le grandi domande rimangono senza risposta.<\/li>\n<li>Hanno colloqui, ma non in vista del futuro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L'aspetto pericoloso di tutto ci\u00f2 \u00e8 che diventa la norma. Ci si abitua a essere occupati e si confonde l'attivit\u00e0 con il progresso. Si perde di vista l'essenziale.<\/p>\n<p>In quasi tutte le sessioni di coaching sulla leadership che accompagno, che si tratti di amministratori delegati, direttori di divisione o imprenditori, questo problema \u00e8 al centro della scena a un certo punto. La domanda cruciale \u00e8 allora: come ne esco? La risposta non \u00e8 aspettare tempi pi\u00f9 tranquilli. Non arriveranno. Si tratta piuttosto di ridefinire le priorit\u00e0, e questo inizia sempre da voi stessi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>In primo luogo, un'immagine chiara del target.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lavorare in modo strategico significa sapere dove si vuole andare e perch\u00e9. Solo con questa chiarezza \u00e8 possibile riconoscere dove le energie vengono sprecate senza che si verifichino reali progressi. Riflettete: cosa voglio ottenere nei prossimi dodici mesi - a livello personale, di team, di azienda? Quali sono le tre leve fondamentali per raggiungere questo obiettivo?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>In secondo luogo, le zone riservate del calendario.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'unico modo per lavorare in modo strategico \u00e8 dargli la priorit\u00e0, nonostante tutto il resto. Ritagliatevi regolarmente dei periodi di tempo dedicati alla strategia, ad esempio due mezze giornate al mese. Niente riunioni, niente e-mail. Questi appuntamenti fissi sono la chiave per rimanere sulla cresta dell'onda.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>In terzo luogo, un sistema di autocontrollo.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Se decidete ogni giorno cosa \u00e8 importante, vi ritrovate in modalit\u00e0 di reazione. Avete bisogno di un sistema semplice che vi guidi costantemente verso le vostre priorit\u00e0, con routine, riflessioni e principi chiari.<\/p>\n<p>La buona notizia \u00e8 che potete cavalcare l'onda. Ma bisogna essere determinati a lavorare sul proprio successo, non solo nell'attivit\u00e0 quotidiana. Se lo farete, guadagnerete energia, influenza e serenit\u00e0. Ed \u00e8 proprio questo il punto.
