In un'intervista di molto tempo fa, la leggenda del calcio Franz Beckenbauer aveva risposto alla domanda del giornalista \"Cosa vuoi di pi\u00f9 dalla tua squadra?\" nel seguente senso: \"Sarei felice se ogni giocatore potesse almeno ricevere correttamente la palla\".<\/p>\n

Anche un Franz Beckenbauer deve padroneggiare le \"basi<\/h2>\n

Per tutti i non appassionati di calcio: ricevere la palla dopo un passaggio da un compagno \u00e8 un prerequisito fondamentale per un buon gioco. Ogni giocatore dilettante pu\u00f2 dirvi che questo non \u00e8 sempre cos\u00ec facile.<\/p>\n

Cosa c'entra questo con gli affari? Bene, se volete portare la vostra squadra a un livello pi\u00f9 alto di prestazioni e nella famosa metaforica Champions League, allora prima di tutto assicuratevi che tutti possano \"prendere la palla\". In altre parole: che le \"basi\" siano padroneggiate.<\/p>\n

Dove si trovano i maggiori deficit<\/h2>\n

Vi consiglio di iniziare con questi tre argomenti dove, secondo la mia esperienza, vedo i maggiori deficit nella \"ricezione della palla\":<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Affidabilit\u00e0<\/strong>. L'inaffidabilit\u00e0 \u00e8 come una malattia che, secondo la mia osservazione, sta diventando sempre pi\u00f9 diffusa: Le richieste vengono ignorate, le scadenze non vengono rispettate senza preavviso, impegni chiari non vengono mantenuti per motivi inconsistenti, ecc. L'affidabilit\u00e0 non \u00e8 solo una virt\u00f9, ma una necessit\u00e0 per le squadre ad alte prestazioni! Il mio consiglio: fai del 100% di affidabilit\u00e0 uno standard non negoziabile nel tuo team. Se sei un leader, devi ovviamente esemplificare questo in ogni momento.<\/li>\n
  2. Responsabilit\u00e0<\/strong>. Accettare la palla significa assumersene la piena responsabilit\u00e0. Non appena ho la palla ai miei piedi, non posso ritenere nessun altro responsabile dei miei successi e dei miei fallimenti. Ma \u00e8 proprio questo che manca nel mondo degli affari: molte persone si lamentano con il loro ambiente e con gli altri di non riuscire a ottenere risultati da soli.<\/li>\n
  3. Agire<\/strong>. Una volta che hai accettato la palla, non puoi stare fermo, devi fare qualcosa con essa. Tuttavia, molti membri del team negli affari sembrano credere che dopo aver assunto un compito possono ora aspettare e vedere, e sono poi sorpresi che la palla si sposta alla squadra avversaria (cio\u00e8: la concorrenza). A proposito, questo non succede solo con i compiti operativi, ma anche con le iniziative strategiche: le persone sono spesso troppo lente ad agire.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    La buona notizia \u00e8 che tutti e tre gli argomenti possono essere appresi e allenati. Le squadre migliori padroneggiano questo a un livello superiore rispetto alle squadre medie. La decisione di farlo sta a ciascun individuo e, naturalmente, ai leader.<\/p>\n
