Con questa nuova partnership, l'Universit\u00e0 di Scienze Applicate HWZ di Zurigo si affaccia su una nuova area tematica per soddisfare la crescente domanda di specialisti qualificati. Insieme a Foodward, che sta guidando una trasformazione sostenibile del settore alimentare, l'HWZ \u00e8 coinvolto in un mercato che sta affrontando profondi cambiamenti: La carenza di manodopera qualificata, la crescente pressione per l'efficienza e le catene di valore sempre pi\u00f9 complesse richiedono nuove competenze, in particolare all'interfaccia tra servizi alimentari, logistica e industria. Nell'ambito di questa partnership, viene lanciato il CAS Lean Management & Innovation in Food Service & Supply Chains.<\/p>\n

Creare competenze lungo la catena del valore<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"Con il CAS Lean Management & Innovation in Food Service & Supply Chains, stiamo creando prospettive pratiche per i manager di un settore in fase di cambiamento\", afferma il dott. Linard Barth, direttore del Dipartimento di Imprenditorialit\u00e0, Innovazione e Accademia dell'HWZ. \"La nostra attenzione si concentra su soluzioni innovative che armonizzano efficienza e individualit\u00e0\".<\/p>\n

Il programma di formazione continua si rivolge a specialisti e manager dei settori della ristorazione, del catering, delle forniture e della logistica. Fornisce strumenti e impulsi per sviluppare sistematicamente l'efficienza, l'innovazione e il pensiero imprenditoriale in modo pratico, interdisciplinare e orientato al futuro.<\/p>\n

\"La crescente necessit\u00e0 di sistematizzare il mercato della ristorazione pu\u00f2 avere successo a lungo termine solo se i partner della catena di fornitura a monte e i dipendenti sono coinvolti e motivati\", afferma Thomas Bratschi, fondatore di foodward. \"Con questo CAS, l'HWZ sostiene la trasformazione desiderata, insieme agli esperti dell'ambiente universitario allargato e alle conoscenze e alla rete industriale di foodward\".<\/p>\n

Tre moduli, un unico obiettivo: competenze in materia di ristorazione sostenibile<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Il CAS Lean Management & Innovation in Food Service & Supply Chains \u00e8 suddiviso in tre moduli: Innovazione e imprenditorialit\u00e0 nei servizi alimentari<\/em>, Progettazione di concetti nelle catene del valore dei servizi alimentari<\/em> e Lean Management e responsabilit\u00e0 umana nella ristorazione collettiva<\/em>. L'inizio \u00e8 previsto per febbraio 2026. Il CAS pu\u00f2 essere accreditato per il MAS Excellence in Food, organizzato dalla ZHAW e dalla BFH.<\/p>\n
