L'economia svizzera \u00e8 ancora in forte crescita: gli esperti della Confederazione prevedono una crescita del PIL di 2,4% nel 2018.<\/p>\n<h2>Migliori prospettive di lavoro<\/h2>\n<p>Anche il portafoglio ordini delle aziende \u00e8 ben riempito, secondo le ultime indagini del KOF. I settori industriali orientati all'esportazione hanno potuto espandersi l'anno scorso grazie al miglioramento della competitivit\u00e0 delle aziende svizzere e alla positiva situazione economica europea. La solidit\u00e0 dell'economia mondiale e l'andamento favorevole dei tassi di cambio continuano a stimolare la domanda di prodotti svizzeri. Allo stesso tempo, gli impulsi di crescita provengono sempre pi\u00f9 dall'economia interna, il che dovrebbe rendere la crescita economica della Svizzera sempre pi\u00f9 autosufficiente, secondo le ultime previsioni economiche della SECO. Secondo gli esperti, c'\u00e8 un certo grado di incertezza nelle controversie commerciali internazionali, che di recente si sono un po' intensificate. Le prospettive occupazionali sono ancora una volta aumentate in modo significativo rispetto all'anno precedente e sono ampiamente diffuse in tutti i settori. La valutazione della SECO \u00e8 particolarmente positiva per il settore industriale.<\/p>\n<h2>Investite subito nei dipendenti<\/h2>\n<p>Questa dinamica positiva del mercato del lavoro \u00e8 sostenuta da un sentimento dei consumatori superiore alla media. A causa dell'aumento dei prezzi del petrolio e delle importazioni, gli esperti del KOF e della SECO prevedono un aumento dell'inflazione. Prevedono un'inflazione compresa tra 0,8% e 1%. Dato che i salari nominali sono cresciuti poco negli ultimi anni, un aumento salariale \u00e8 gi\u00e0 giustificato in questo contesto per mantenere il potere d'acquisto. Inoltre, per mantenere la competitivit\u00e0 dell'azienda nel lungo periodo, \u00e8 necessario investire sui dipendenti.<\/p>\n<h2>Non tutti i settori crescono allo stesso modo<\/h2>\n<p>Anche se la crescita \u00e8 ampia, rimane eterogenea nei singoli settori. Le industrie MEM orientate all'esportazione hanno registrato un'ampia ripresa, con un aumento degli ordini e delle vendite e uno sguardo positivo al futuro. Anche il settore dei servizi finanziari e il commercio all'ingrosso hanno registrato un aumento. Allo stesso modo, il mercato svizzero delle TIC continua a crescere fortemente grazie agli investimenti nel settore IT. L'industria chimica e farmaceutica continua a essere il settore pi\u00f9 importante dell'economia svizzera di esportazione e si sta sviluppando bene anche quest'anno. Nonostante il difficile contesto di mercato, la situazione del commercio al dettaglio \u00e8 migliorata e la tendenza al ribasso degli ultimi anni si \u00e8 conclusa. Il settore delle costruzioni si sta sviluppando solidamente a un livello elevato, anche se con una dinamica inferiore rispetto al boom edilizio del 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Il Kaufm\u00e4nnische Verband vede in questa dinamica positiva motivi sufficienti per permettere ai dipendenti di beneficiarne.
