Una descrizione sbagliata del lavoro e una cattiva gestione sono le ragioni principali di un licenziamento rapido. Ci\u00f2 significa che se le aspettative del datore di lavoro vengono deluse, le dimissioni avvengono gi\u00e0 nel primo mese. Questo \u00e8 un altro dato emerso dallo studio sul mercato del lavoro per il quale la societ\u00e0 di servizi per il personale Robert Half ha intervistato 500 dipendenti in Svizzera. Secondo lo studio, non \u00e8 solo la prima impressione del candidato a essere decisiva, ma anche l'impressione che il datore di lavoro fa durante il colloquio di lavoro.<\/p>\n

La situazione delle applicazioni si \u00e8 ribaltata<\/h2>\n

\"Soprattutto nei settori e negli ambiti in cui il successo \u00e8 minacciato dalla carenza di lavoratori qualificati, la situazione applicativa si \u00e8 di fatto ribaltata. Non sono solo i candidati a doversi presentare bene. Le aziende devono piuttosto rivolgersi ai potenziali candidati in modo mirato e convincerli rapidamente del loro valore\", afferma Sven Hennige, Senior Managing Director di Robert Half. \"Per le aziende vale lo stesso consiglio che per i candidati: rimanete in contatto e chiedete qualche giorno dopo il colloquio se il candidato \u00e8 ancora interessato al lavoro. Questo aiuta a filtrare pi\u00f9 rapidamente il dipendente giusto dal pool di candidati\".<\/p>\n

Il colloquio \u00e8 pre-decisionale<\/h2>\n

Ma non \u00e8 tutto: se il nuovo lavoro non soddisfa le aspettative, c'\u00e8 il rischio che il dipendente si licenzi di nuovo entro il primo mese. Per quasi una persona su due (46 %), il criterio di eliminazione sarebbe rappresentato da mansioni diverse da quelle inizialmente annunciate, per 45 % da una cattiva gestione. 38 % si licenzierebbe se la cultura aziendale non fosse adeguata. Quasi un terzo (28 %) lascerebbe rapidamente l'azienda se l'inserimento non fosse ottimale. \"Le aziende che comunicano onestamente e apertamente durante il colloquio cosa c'\u00e8 in serbo per i candidati possono ridurre il rischio di dimissioni rapide dopo l'assunzione\". Le giornate di lavoro di prova sono particolarmente utili per il processo decisionale di entrambe le parti\", raccomanda Hennige. \"Dopo aver lavorato insieme, entrambe le parti possono valutare meglio se la cultura aziendale si adatta e se i compiti sono quelli previsti. Quando un nuovo dipendente inizia un lavoro, un induction ben strutturato \u00e8 particolarmente importante. Se il lavoro e i processi decisionali sono rapidamente familiari, il nuovo dipendente pu\u00f2 dare rapidamente un contributo produttivo\".<\/p>\n
