Allo stesso tempo, questa, subito dopo l'estate, \u00e8 spesso una fase di maggiore chiarezza: la vista non \u00e8 (ancora) completamente offuscata dal trambusto operativo, ma lascia spazio alla riflessione e alla pianificazione.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 proprio qui che spesso commettiamo un errore sottovalutato: usiamo l'energia della calma per porci nuovi obiettivi, il che \u00e8 positivo. Ma spesso questi obiettivi sono realistici. In altre parole, ragionevoli. Fattibili. Nell'ambito di ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 noto.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\"Meglio consegnare in modo coerente che fallire\".<\/li>\n<li>\"Non sovraccaricare la squadra\".<\/li>\n<li>\"Anche i piccoli passi sono un progresso\".<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tutto comprensibile. Ma pericoloso. Perch\u00e9: realistico \u00e8 il nuovo scoraggiato.<\/p>\n<p>Perch\u00e9? Perch\u00e9 il vostro intero sistema - i vostri pensieri, le vostre abitudini, le vostre azioni - \u00e8 sempre allineato con quello che definite come il vostro obiettivo. Se dite: \"Aumenteremo l'efficienza di 10 %\", questo numero diventa il punto di riferimento. Il vostro team cercher\u00e0 piccoli miglioramenti, ottimizzer\u00e0 leggermente i processi esistenti, per poi stabilizzarsi a 6-8 %.<\/p>\n<p>Ma se si dicesse: \"Stiamo raddoppiando la nostra efficienza\". Sembra assurdo? Forse. Ma obiettivi di questo tipo ci costringono a pensare in modo diverso. A domande pi\u00f9 radicali. All'innovazione vera e propria. Improvvisamente non si tratta pi\u00f9 solo di piccoli miglioramenti dei processi, ma di strutture diverse, nuove priorit\u00e0, una diversa forma di leadership. Non si tratta di perseguire fantasie utopiche. Si tratta di formulare obiettivi ambiziosi che portano il vostro pensiero e quello del vostro team a un nuovo livello.<\/p>\n<p>Ecco quindi tre domande per riflettere all'inizio della fine dell'estate:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Quale obiettivo \u00e8 stato troppo realistico per voi di recente - e perch\u00e9? Forse per paura. O per il desiderio di evitare il conflitto.<\/li>\n<li>Quale sarebbe un obiettivo 10x che ha senso, ma che richiede coraggio? Uno che scatena una reazione del tipo \"Come dovrebbe funzionare?<\/li>\n<li>Come dovreste guidare per perseguire seriamente questo obiettivo? Probabilmente con decisioni pi\u00f9 chiare, deleghe diverse e maggiore concentrazione.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Conclusione: gli obiettivi realistici sono comodi. Ma raramente portano davvero da qualche parte.
