Con Anita e Svenja Stebler, Kehrer Stebler AG (s: stebler), e Carmen Alvarez e Nadine Zdych, Alemania Deutschschule AG, l'organizzazione mantello svizzera per la successione aziendale ha presentato imprenditrici di successo in entrambi gli scenari di successione. Il panel \u00e8 stato completato da Andreas Camenzind, direttore degli investimenti della Renaissance Investment Foundation, che assicura la successione delle PMI svizzere con un modello di investimento unico. Oggi \u00e8 responsabile dei progetti di digitalizzazione e delegata del consiglio di amministrazione di Kehrer Stebler AG. \"La successione non \u00e8 solo un compito imprenditoriale, ma anche macroeconomico. Se agiamo con saggezza oggi, domani garantiremo posti di lavoro, innovazione e qualit\u00e0 del luogo. Perci\u00f2 \u00e8 ancora meglio che Svenja sia coinvolta in questo contesto come co-progettista\", afferma Anita Stebler.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Meglio seguire che fondare<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Considerando che nove start-up su dieci falliscono, gli ex investitori Carmen Alvarez e Nadine Zdych hanno preso una decisione consapevole a favore della successione aziendale. \"L'offerta di rilevare l'Alemania Deutschschule AG \u00e8 arrivata inaspettata, ma \u00e8 stato subito chiaro che si trattava di un'opportunit\u00e0 per espandere un modello di business esistente per il futuro e renderlo di nuovo commercialmente vincente. Quindi perch\u00e9 partire da zero quando si pu\u00f2 costruire su ci\u00f2 che gi\u00e0 esiste?\", riassume il co-CEO Nadine Zdych. Oggi, Alemania Deutschschule AG \u00e8 uno dei principali fornitori di lezioni di tedesco in Svizzera.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quando le imprenditrici scrivono il futuro<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Per la Renaissance Investment Foundation, la cultura aziendale, la forza innovativa e la continuit\u00e0 sono tra i fattori chiave di successo nel processo di successione. \"Dalla nostra pluriennale attivit\u00e0 di sostegno alle successioni familiari ed esterne, conosciamo numerosi esempi di imprenditrici che hanno plasmato in modo decisivo le aziende - uno dei pi\u00f9 impressionanti \u00e8 Solo Swiss SA, dove la figlia ha realizzato il turnaround di successo dopo essere subentrata al padre prima che ci fosse consentito di rilevare l'azienda in uno stato sostenibile\", afferma il direttore degli investimenti Andreas Camenzind.
