Il presidente di lunga data di swissICT, Thomas Flatt, ha annunciato le sue dimissioni. Flatt ha guidato la pi\u00f9 grande associazione di categoria ICT della Svizzera per oltre due decenni e ha trasformato swissICT in un'ampia voce dell'industria digitale visibile in politica e nel mondo degli affari.<\/p>\n

Molte alleanze forgiate<\/h3>\n

Da quando swissICT \u00e8 nata dalla fusione di SVD e WIF 25 anni fa, Flatt ha plasmato lo sviluppo dell'associazione, prima come membro del comitato strategico e dal 2004 come presidente. Fin dall'inizio si \u00e8 impegnato per avvicinare le associazioni di settore ed \u00e8 stato membro fondatore e vicepresidente di ICT Svizzera, poi fusa con digitalswitzerland. Ha creato alleanze con associazioni e organizzazioni come asut, swico, CH Open, ISSS, la Societ\u00e0 Svizzera di Informatica e molte altre.<\/p>\n

I gruppi di specialisti di swissICT hanno acquisito una notevole importanza e si sono sviluppati in modo eccellente sia in termini di quantit\u00e0 che di qualit\u00e0 con l'evolversi del panorama digitale svizzero. Oggi sono probabilmente la pi\u00f9 grande piattaforma di scambio di esperienze e conoscenze in Svizzera.<\/p>\n

Associazione gestita anche operativamente<\/h3>\n

Ha inoltre svolto un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo della formazione professionale nel settore ICT. Sotto la sua guida, l'organizzazione precedente a ICT VET Switzerland (I-CH) \u00e8 stata incorporata nell'associazione come societ\u00e0 per azioni, stabilizzata e ha costituito la base per la nuova associazione nazionale. Flatt \u00e8 stato anche membro fondatore di questa organizzazione. Flatt ha assunto brevemente la gestione operativa di swissICT nel 2017, quando la direzione era vacante, sottolineando il suo impegno anche in tempi difficili.<\/p>\n

\u00c8 inoltre particolarmente orgoglioso dello sviluppo del Premio dell'economia digitale. Questo ha una lunga tradizione ed \u00e8 stato sviluppato dal Premio svizzero dell'informatica nel 2004, passando per il Premio svizzero dell'ICT e oggi come Premio dell'economia digitale con diversi partner. swissICT \u00e8 sempre stata corresponsabile o principale responsabile della sua realizzazione. Durante la sua presidenza, Flatt ha svolto questo compito a tempo parziale, mentre lavorava a tempo pieno nella Direzione del Gruppo Swisscom, nella Direzione del Gruppo Adecco e come imprenditore, CEO o membro del Consiglio di Amministrazione di medie imprese.<\/p>\n

Focus sulle attivit\u00e0 imprenditoriali<\/h3>\n

In futuro, Flatt vorrebbe concentrarsi maggiormente su queste attivit\u00e0 imprenditoriali e sui mandati del Consiglio di amministrazione, motivo per cui ora vorrebbe lasciare le sue responsabilit\u00e0 nel panorama associativo dopo circa 25 anni.<\/p>\n

\u201eSono lieto di aver trovato una soluzione interna per il mio successore in Claude Honegger. Claude ha pi\u00f9 di 30 anni di esperienza nella gestione di organizzazioni tecnologiche globali e, in quanto membro di lunga data del Consiglio di amministrazione di swissICT e presidente della nostra Commissione di esperti e di gruppi di specialisti, \u00e8 il candidato ideale e il mio candidato preferito per questa posizione\u201c, afferma Thomas Flatt a proposito di questa proposta.<\/p>\n
