Una situazione bella, ma anche pericolosa. Perch\u00e9, secondo Bruno Aregger: \"Gli imprenditori che hanno successo a lungo termine mostrano la voglia di ottimizzare ogni giorno. Sanno che riposare sul successo \u00e8 pericoloso. Ma il riposo non deve necessariamente degenerare in pigrizia. Tuttavia, \u00e8 difficile trovare la giusta misura, perch\u00e9 la linea di confine si sposta spesso in modo insidioso, e anche in questo caso, raramente si vede arrivare la propria pigrizia. Bruno Aregger raccomanda agli imprenditori di porsi di tanto in tanto delle domande \"what if\", come: \"E se?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lei sarebbe assente come proprietario per almeno 3 mesi per motivi di salute?<\/li>\n<li>qualcuno della squadra di gestione vicina si sarebbe dimesso?<\/li>\n<li>i due clienti pi\u00f9 importanti avrebbero improvvisamente abbandonato la nave?<\/li>\n<li>entrerebbe in vigore una nuova legge che non permetterebbe pi\u00f9 la distribuzione del prodotto nella sua forma precedente?<\/li>\n<li>una nuova azienda digitale potrebbe competere con voi in modo molto pi\u00f9 economico tramite la piattaforma online?\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Inoltre, aiuta anche a stabilire una cultura dell'errore aperta e vissuta. \"Questo significa che si possono e si devono fare degli errori.
