(Immagine simbolica; Depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Il 20 novembre 2025 \u00e8 stata pubblicata la nuova edizione del \u00abBarometro del buon lavoro\u00bb. Si tratta di un progetto di collaborazione tra Travail.Suisse e la Scuola universitaria professionale di Berna (BFH) che, attraverso un sondaggio rappresentativo condotto tra i lavoratori svizzeri, misura la qualit\u00e0 delle condizioni di lavoro in Svizzera. Per la presente undicesima edizione sono state intervistate 1\u2019422 persone in tutta la Svizzera.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Lo stress diventa parte della vita quotidiana<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Secondo i suoi editori, l'attuale \u00abBarometro del buon lavoro\u00bb dipinge un quadro sempre pi\u00f9 preoccupante del lavoro sotto pressione. Quattro lavoratori su dieci si sentono regolarmente esausti, oltre il 42% soffre spesso di stress e pi\u00f9 di un quarto deve essere reperibile anche al di fuori dell'orario di lavoro, secondo i risultati del sondaggio. Travail.Suisse vede chiaramente la causa in un inasprimento delle condizioni di lavoro. Giornate lavorative troppo lunghe, frequenti straordinari e difficolt\u00e0 a conciliare lavoro e vita privata fanno s\u00ec che il riposo diventi un'eccezione per molti. Travail.Suisse valuta in modo particolarmente critico l'allentamento della legge sul lavoro discusso in Parlamento. Giornate lavorative di 17 ore o tempi di riposo ridotti aggraverebbero ulteriormente la situazione gi\u00e0 tesa, avvertono gli autori del sondaggio.<\/p>\n<p>Anche il crescente divario tra modelli di lavoro flessibili e meno flessibili \u00e8 fonte di preoccupazione per l'associazione. Mentre i lavoratori in smart working hanno beneficiato di una maggiore autonomia, i dipendenti che non hanno avuto questa possibilit\u00e0 hanno sofferto maggiormente di stress, lunghe giornate lavorative e affaticamento fisico. Travail.Suisse chiede quindi limiti vincolanti per gli straordinari, orari di lavoro pi\u00f9 attraenti per tutte le categorie professionali e un migliore accesso alla formazione continua, soprattutto in vista della trasformazione digitale.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Datori di lavoro: lo stress non deriva solo dal lavoro<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'Unione svizzera degli imprenditori condivide la preoccupazione per l'aumento dello stress psicologico, ma ritiene che le cause siano pi\u00f9 diffuse. Lo stress \u00e8 \u00abmulticausale\u00bb, sottolineano i datori di lavoro in una dichiarazione pubblicata anch'essa il 20 novembre. Le incertezze finanziarie, gli obblighi familiari, la pressione sociale e gli oneri di assistenza privata contribuiscono a questo fenomeno tanto quanto le condizioni di lavoro. Concentrarsi esclusivamente sulle aziende \u00e8 quindi insufficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Allo stesso tempo, i datori di lavoro fanno riferimento a numerose iniziative proprie: modelli di orario di lavoro flessibili, regolamenti sul telelavoro, programmi sanitari o possibilit\u00e0 di lavoro a tempo parziale estese sono ormai consolidati da tempo. Molte aziende agiscono gi\u00e0 al di l\u00e0 dei requisiti di legge, ma non tutti i settori hanno lo stesso margine di manovra. In settori come la sanit\u00e0, l'assistenza o la sicurezza, la presenza e il lavoro a turni sono indispensabili e non \u00e8 possibile rendere gli orari di lavoro illimitatamente flessibili.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Controversia sulle richieste politiche<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'associazione dei datori di lavoro avverte che inasprimenti normativi generalizzati sarebbero irrealistici e potrebbero sovraccaricare interi settori dal punto di vista organizzativo. Essa auspica soluzioni differenziate e praticabili anzich\u00e9 norme rigide.
