(Foto: Depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Il monitoraggio settoriale annuale della FSEA osserva lo sviluppo del settore della formazione continua in Svizzera. Pi\u00f9 precisamente, viene analizzata la prospettiva dei fornitori in merito allo stato e all'evoluzione della situazione economica, dell'offerta, della domanda e dell'organico nel settore della formazione continua. I risultati presentati si basano sul sondaggio condotto dalla FSEA tra i fornitori nel 2025.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Situazione economica e organico neutri<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I risultati attuali indicano che l'offerta e la domanda di formazione continua continuano a registrare un andamento leggermente positivo. Il 50% dei fornitori intervistati valuta l'andamento dell'offerta per l'anno in corso 2025 come piuttosto positivo o molto positivo. Per quanto riguarda la domanda, la percentuale \u00e8 del 52%.<\/p>\n<p>Per quanto riguarda la situazione economica, gli operatori segnalano un andamento neutro nell'anno precedente. Una netta maggioranza degli operatori afferma inoltre che anche l'organico non ha subito variazioni significative nell'ultimo anno. Aggregando i quattro indicatori settoriali relativi alla situazione economica, all'offerta, alla domanda e all'organico, secondo la definizione della FSEA si ottiene una valutazione leggermente positiva dell'andamento del settore per l'anno scorso e per quello in corso.<\/p>\n<p>Il monitoraggio di quest'anno contiene inoltre analisi relative alla professionalizzazione (offerte di qualificazione dei formatori), alla garanzia della qualit\u00e0 (utilizzo di marchi di qualit\u00e0) e alle casse pensioni nella formazione continua (percentuale dei formatori che raggiungono la soglia di ingresso nella cassa pensioni).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Il personale e la concorrenza come sfida<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un tema che preoccupa gli operatori \u00e8 la carenza di personale qualificato. Trovare e mantenere personale adeguato per le offerte di formazione continua \u00e8 considerato difficile dagli operatori. Inoltre, secondo le loro stesse dichiarazioni, gli operatori percepiscono una forte pressione concorrenziale, che rende pi\u00f9 difficile la promozione e la pubblicizzazione delle proprie offerte. Ritengono inoltre difficile elaborare offerte di qualit\u00e0 in un contesto caratterizzato da una forte e in parte crescente pressione sui costi. I fornitori si vedono inoltre chiamati ad adeguare le loro offerte agli attuali sviluppi sociali, come il maggiore utilizzo dell'intelligenza artificiale, anche per rimanere competitivi.
